Based on that positive experience, my mom scheduled the same service for my car while I was visiting from San Diego. They agreed to a Saturday appointment at 3 PM. The morning of the appointment, they canceled due to wind. I explained to the owner that the only thing I needed was the interior detailed, specifically cleaning the leather seats. The exterior could wait. He hesitated, mentioning he had other plans, but said he would still come--arriving in gym clothes. He ended up completing only the interior and then charged $220--a major increase compared to the full-service detail my dad received. When I asked about the price difference, the owner falsely claimed I had requested a full carpet cleaning. That was never said--I clearly stated the focus was cleaning the leather seats. Ultimately, this felt like a bait-and-switch. It was clear he didn't want to work that Saturday and chose to overcharge instead. I would not recommend trusting a company that operates this way.
