I got a steak with fries and it was cooked to my temperature. My dad got the 1/2 rack ribs and we shared a pie cookie. I was a little surprised the cookie was dosed in hot fudge (not my preference) but it still was great. The bathrooms are extremely nice and it felt like home in Spain. I had the pannbiff with mashed potatoes--the combination of red onion, cucumber, and lingonberries was spot on. My partner had the steak with red wine sauce, and it was equally delicious. You have to try the pecan and apple pies. As an American, I know my pies--and these were incredible! Still warm, and served with vanilla ice cream that melted perfectly over the top. We already want to go back!
