Stocked with everything you would expect: sweet, savory salty snacks, soda, beer, fryer food, and a few Route 66 trinkets. Get there early in the day for their best and most famous offering, Arbuckle Fried Pies. Yes, those world famous crusty folded and fried pockets of fruit filled heaven. On an unwavering mission, we rounded the corner east bound on Route 66 late in the afternoon. Our destination in sight, the Old Magnolia Garage. In I go, straight to the big fried pie display case. I really wasn't expecting to find anything left at this time of the day, but there they were, two blackberry pies. Somehow, they survived the morning feeding frenzy. They were immediately adopted, along with a strawberry. Tomorrow's breakfast delight. Nope, not as good as if I had been there when they came from the fryer, but good just the same with a fresh cup of coffee the next morning. Get there early!

I had used the cup that was located under the coffee and tea area instead of the ones located under the soft drink dispenser. I told her that they needed to label the cups as being only for iced coffee because they are ripping people off by being so dishonest. She seemed totally unconcerned. As soon as we walked in, the team member in the store greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We were only in the store to grab a few snacks and sodas. It was a lot cheaper at On The Run Convenience & Deli than it was to purchase snacks inside the hotel. Some of the items inside the store include the following Chips (Lays, Ruffles, Doritos, etc..), Cookies (Nabisco), etc.. Soda (Mountain Dew, Coca Cola, Pepsi products...) Ice Cream Candy Cup Ramen Dips Energy Drinks There is a Deli in the back if you were interested in a sandwich. Some of their items include a ham, Turkey, roast beef sandwich, BLT, etc. The price wasn't too bad for all our snacks, less than $25.00, and it covered us during our five-day stack at Oklahoma City!

Employees are very nice. The store is large and has everything you need including the typical hot food served at convenience stores. They have good hot coffee too. On our way home we made sure to stop at this location again to get our gas, use restroom and  get our snacks. Let me tell you driving cross country many many times it can be scary opening that bathroom door but rest assure this place is clean! If travelling  through Oklahoma on I-40, the Yukon exit is a great place to stop.The town is clean and pleasant with ample restaurants too. When you get off the highway drive about a mile Domino is on the left side.

I appreciate its existence. The Love's on the other side of the hwy - which I don't like - has truck stop facilities. The 4 stars are for how friendly the employees here were.
