The interior reminds me of a typical watering hole/pub but most of the staff are quickly running stuff outside to the tables or serving customers at the bar. Super friendly even with our tourist (language barrier) we were able to have a great time. Our AirB&B host was telling us about the new local microbrewery that features it's beer here. There are other options of drinks as well for the folks that like their regular staples.

Si deseas con ganas comer una jugosa y deliciosa hamburguesa (sí, como una de esas fotografías del marketing de las famosas cadenas de comida rápida) tienes que ir a Route 66 Valencia . Allí no te defraudarán como suele pasar en las cadenas que mencionaba antes. Os sugiero que probéis los aros de cebolla caseros a la cerveza de entrada, son los mejores que he probado en mi vida, y no exagero. Pasando al tema de las hamburguesas tenéis varias opciones: bacon, lechuga y tomate; philadelphia; chilli, foie, pate, etc de las cuales sea cual sea la que elijáis os aseguro que os gustarán. Están hechas con carne de Angus de Omaha (Nebraska EE.UU) y están impresionantes. Además si os pedís la "Monster Burgerr" tendréis una hamburguesa de 440 gr por 13€ que os dejará llenos durante días... El único problema que le encuentro es que el local es bastante pequeño en relación con las masas de gente que intentan conseguir una mesa para degustar sus famosas burgers los fines de semana, obligando muchas veces a tener que reservar con bastante antelación. read more

He vuelto a comer despues de casi un año y definitivamente tienen las mejores hamburguesas de Valencia, en relación calidad/precio. Lo malo es q solo abren por las noches y los findes se llena en seguida. Si quieres cenar sin problemas, recomiendo a primera hora o a ultima hora, cuando estan full van muy lentos a pesar de que se esfuerzan mucho... Pidete la carne de Omaha EE.UU siempre según tu punto de cocción favorito, si no te la sacan siempre poco hecha y eso me defraudo un poco.... Los camareros muy simpaticos y te recomiendan tanto de la carta de comida como de su carta de cervezas de importacion. This place gets the temperature on my burger right every time! I order it medium and the center always comes out pink and juicy. These people know how to cook burgers! Not to mention the variety of burgers on the menu. They have a pretty good selection of beer. Enough craft beer to pick from to go with your burger. I really enjoy coming here for happy hour when i can get sliders and a bucket of fries for €2 each. They have a list of beers that are half off as well that usually come out to €2 as well. El sitio me parece aceptable con muy buen ambiente que tiene gente joven además tienen cerveza y comida . Bueno comida, tienen una carta de hamburguesas bastante extensa y cocina tex mex de sur de Estados Unidos. Como dice María las raciones son inmensas lo digo por las hamburguesas pero bueno yo me he perdido unos aros de cebolla que están recomendados y unos nachos machos. Everything at Route 66 Joint is delicious. The burgers, the beers and the joints are outstanding! Had the "Jack Daniels burger" and my server didn't understand my English, but that's OK because she was 20 and cute. Aside from that, the service was pretty excellent, as were the specialty cocktails we ordered (Margarita!!) and the chicken fingers, BBQ chili cheese fries, were artery clogging goodness. For dessert we decided for tiramisu among a wide variety of desserts. It was average, but to be honest in a 10 eur menu we didn't expect a masterpiece. And the coffee was as good as in any bar. Thankfully the entire lunch cost us only 41 euros, and that included two 4-course meals and a class of wine for myself and my partner. I was so glad we decided on this restaurant because the meal was fantastic. Each dish was better than the last. Lunch menu is decided, so 17.50 euros gets you an appetizer, entree, main course, and a dessert. For our appetizer we had the croquettes. It was a small portion, one croquette each, but it was so good. The filling melted inside your mouth, and the presentation was beautiful. Next, we had the ceviche. Again, it was incredible. Better than the croquettes, if that was possible. After that we had the steak, it also was delicious! The portion was perfect as well, leaving enough room for dessert. We chose the cheesecake, and their preparation was not like a regular cheesecake - instead it was almost a pudding with crust at the bottom. It was so tasty that I wish I was eating it again. The staff was very friendly to us Americans and we would definitely dine here again when we return - it was hands down the best meal of the entire trip.
