This is my third time here. I came twice for myself and both times it took at least 30 mins to get…read moreseen. Why schedule an appointment for a specific time, but don't call the patients back until well after the appointment time has passed? My second dentist had no customer service skills. I had a very sensitive situation and his work showed that he didn't care. He tried to rush my procedure. I was in soo much pain. He also misdiagnosed me and would've had me waiting months on an approval from my insurance for a more extensive procedure THAT I DID NOT NEED. I went to a Deptford Family Dentist and got the situation rectified the same day. My son had a pediatric appointment at 2:15 and a dental appointment at 4:30 at this Camcare, so I checked him out of school early. We didn't get seen until after 2:45. His pediatrician, however, was AMAZING. She cared about him and asked very in depth questions. It was obvious that she genuinely cared for his wellbeing. Once done with the pediatric appointment, I was advised that there were no patients before him for his dental, and that a doctor would be with us within the next few minutes. Not only were we waiting for over an hr the SECOND time, but the hygienist would not allow both parents in the room with my 7 year old. The front desk ladies and men are very professional and it seems like they like their job. But if you come to this Camcare, be prepared to wait at least 45 mins to be seen after your appointment time and the quality of the doctors will vary. I was deeply unsatisfied with my dentist here. His hygienist was absolute crap. Her attitude was nasty and it seems like she hates her life. His dentist was very nice.

They are very rude and nonchalant. I took my two year old son here for his first appointment which…read morewas at 1:30 . We wasn't put into a room until 3 wasn't seen until 3:30. They did the most basic exam. And the physician had the nerve to sit on the examination table while asking me questions with no eye contact. Next she asks me about his shot records. I told her I don't have access to them cuz i moved from a different state and i was told his information is in a database that any doctor should have access to. But she was too lazy to even lokk and told me if I couldn't get a hold of them that they would have to restart all if his shots from when he was first born. if thats not enough, at the end they asked if i have any concerns and i told her that my son has some issues with his speech . She handed me a sheet of paper to check off yes or no to some questions. When i handed it back to her she looked at it and said "You just diagnosed your son with autism " with no remorse without even asking for a follow up appointment. She didn't give me any pamphlets or recourses regarding his Possible autism that turned out to not even br the case at all. This place needs to be shut down they're horrible and very unprofessional

To start, we've been with this office since our son was discharged from the hospital, 2.5 years…read moreago. He is trach and vent dependent. Right from the start we had issues with inadequate nursing. Including but not limited to, an "experienced" nurse nearly killing our son because she wasn't familiar with his equipment but evidently too proud to ask for help (thankfully we have CAMERAS in our home and I was able to catch this happening, otherwise I probably would have never known until it was too late); nurses falling asleep, nurses letting our son fall off a chair onto a fireplace hearth because she left him unattended, a nurse not knowing how to bag her trached patient...and the list goes on. We ended up only having one, controlling nurse who "chased" everyone else away by filling my head with complaints about all the others and how we'd be better off if she just had all the days. This nurse would ultimately be the reason we are no longer with Bayada. Everything she did, from taking pictures of, and documenting the toilet paper usage (when we still had one other nurse), to accusing a nurse of stealing a medicine, to convincing me I shouldn't trust one nurse around my husband, to letting my son fall (as mentioned above), and ultimately being caught on camera bad mouthing me, was all reported to the agency. I reported these things so if anything were to ever happen where she ended up leaving the case, it didn't look like it came out of left field. There was a history of craziness. On top of all that, we had originally been assigned a clinical manager that was less than knowledgeable on all things my son. At one point she tried convincing me her calculation of a medicine was correct and that's what I, and the nurses should be giving him. After two days I finally heard back from the doctor who assured me her calculation was not correct. It was a simple med, thankfully, but what if it wasn't? We were eventually assigned a new clinical manager that was great. I tried making all our sons nurses feel welcome here and like our house was their house. To the extent, the above mentioned nurse, had her family here on several occasions during working hours. I considered these nurses, and especially the last one, good friends, even family. It's no secret we have cameras. They're in plain view. But I guess I made one nurse feel so comfortable she forgot they were there and just went on a wild rant about my son and I. The director of this office only cares about image. Any time I brought one of the several complaints to her, she dominated the conversation by telling me how great the office was because SHE ran it. After the final nurse left us because she was confronted about the "rant", we were told there were a couple nurses that could start doing different shifts. Then surprisingly all three of the potential nurses suddenly couldn't take the case for one reason or another. Coincidence? I think not. Bottom line, we had some great nurses since we started with Bayada 2.5 years ago. I let the influence of one nurse cloud my vision and ended up letting them go at her persuading. When said nurse did several questionable things, we let them slide because she was our only nurse. At the end she quit because she was confronted and the agency claims they had no other nurses, but are steadily recruiting new clients as they prepare to discharge from facilities...and discharged us. If you want an agency that only cares about themselves and not their clients, this office is for you. While there are some great people employed there, sadly they're all linked to Debra, the director, and must follow her lead. We just had our last, one night a week, night shift end (yep they even took the ONE shift a week we had filled away) and will officially be discharged in 2 days. If anyone questions any of my above statements, feel free to reach out. I have several documents and video footage to verify all is accurate.
