The people at the counter making food and checkouts are both kind and helpful. I always have to modify my sandwich after I order because the computer system doesn't let me change something and the deli people here are so nice. I've been twice and the same modification and both times, they've been so kind and didn't treat me as an inconvenience. I wish I had their names, but 7/9/25 around 4pm, the people were amazing! I was here the other day and I was having trouble getting my phone to scan at checkout for my rewards and an "off the clock" worker came over to help me! And today... we had a question for the cashier because we accidentally rung up something incorrectly and he was so helpful to remove the item and explain what we needed to know. Today was the final straw. When I returned the incorrectly made food, the employee behind the counter actually argued with me, insisting that she had made everything perfectly and that I was wrong. I even had my husband and son double-check the order to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. I wasn't--the order was wrong. This restaurant charges extra for nearly every add-on, so yes, when I PAY for something, I expect to actually receive it. I have learned to check every item before leaving because mistakes here are so common. Instead of focusing on customers and preparing orders correctly, the employees seem more interested in goofing off, talking to one another, and rushing people through. Mistakes happen, but repeatedly getting orders wrong and then arguing with the customer instead of taking responsibility is completely unacceptable. The customer service is awful, accountability is nonexistent, and they consistently blame the customer for their own errors. This was absolutely my LAST time getting food here. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Their Class Six Selection is wide and has excellent prices. Lots of coffee options, snacks, and toiletries. The parking lot might be just right for the size of the shoppette but not for the demand and the parking lot its tight. Be careful. There is only one stall of restroom per gender. Yup, based on the demand we could do better. The staff is so busy there is no time for friendliness nor attitudes so I'm neutral about that.
