I hurt my back at work. He took x-rays and saw that I really messed up my hips and back. He adjusted those areas and I felt immediate relief. He had me come in a couple more times for follow up. During this past week I had a sharp shooting pain going from my left lower back and down my left leg. He told me it was my sciatic nerve. He adjusted that and I'm feeling much better. He advised me on how to take of it so it doesn't crop up again. Dr. Brad is personable and will listen to your concerns. Burt Clinic of Chiropractic is a family business. It turned out that there were only a few reviews and that they had some complaints about pricing, but this just doesn't make any sense to me. The pricing and insurance policies, as far as I am aware, are very standard for a chiropractic office, and I have never paid less anywhere else... Additionally the quality of care here is so above and beyond that I would expect them to charge more. I just think that this place really deserves a five star ratings, and that a few people shouldn't stop anyone from coming here. Unless you're one of the first appointments of the day expect to sit in a waiting room a long time. I never knew how long the appointment would be, sometimes I'd wait 45 minutes and the have my appointment last 10. She consistently took credit for the work of physical therapy (which is actually when we started getting results) and does very little in relation to what you're charged which by the way you also wont know until you get the counter after. They also charge 10% more if you use card instead of cash. Mandatory yearly exams as well which is extra charge which I would have never done as my daughter is examined by physicians weekly. And I have copy of her medical records and grouth charts on hand. Waste of time and money!
