What i can strongly suggest, after personal years in the hospitality trade, years of buying and tasting wine, is that you want to go with the aforementioned $20- $40 pricing range. Yes, you spent a little more money, but the qaulity is far superior, and of course, this will reflect in the product itself. You can knock someone's or even your own socks off with just about any bottle in this store as such, I would highly recommend some tight fitting socks! Pay attention all, this is wine, this is good wine, this is where it's at. Fresh, clean, spacious and modern layout, with products that excel. Not in the mood for wine? You will be! But if absconding from such excellent alcoholic grape products, they have here a great range of non-commercial (i can buy that anywhere) ciders, such as the Harcourt apple and pear ciders in that cute labels and packaging. Great boutique beers that you mostly can't find anywhere else; and again, this stuff is better drinking qaulity. Finally, Melbourne wine store is located in that cool little pocket, of St Kilda Road near Royce hotel, Cafe Vue and other rad businesses. You can find a bottle of red or white for around %10, and usually have spirits 2 for $60. The staff are outstanding here, all very friendly and happy to help with any recommendations. Now, because the tour was going to be starting soon, we realized that we wouldn't have had enough time to down our drinks and our pizza. The staff were so kind, and delayed putting our pizza into the oven until we finished our tour. The tour was great! Very informative, you get to learn about their process, and how they go about beer the "goat way". The ham on the pizza was just a tiny bit too salty for my liking, but I won't hold that against them. I'll just self note it to myself to try something different the next time. This place got crowded as the night progressed. We saw some bicyclists come in, and even saw some families here enjoying their pizza. Side note: Their Steam Ale- it's organic!

For instance, I set myself a budget of $60 to buy a nice bottle of wine for my mum... I walked in and out in under five minutes with a bottle of wine she still talks about. There are plenty of beers too - locally made and international with outrageous labels and flavours you would never think would work (but they do). This is a craft beer heaven. As mentioned in previous reviews, the spirit selection isn't huge - it is all craft gins and whiskeys, something for a special occasion not to throw into a punch bowl for your house party. Bonus points to Blackhearts for stocking pre-bottled cocktails from The Everleigh! Grab a Negroni, you won't regret it.

Second time I've been charged differently to the advertised shelf price and the response by your salesman was just buy 6 bottles to get a 10% discount. Rude and really not right at all. . Prices are there show the price of a bottle, not as a bloody guide and then be advised it's more. Second time in your stores and your Richmond store has to do much better to keep people like me returning.
