Dr. Schmid did not hesitate to answer all of my questions regarding my surgery, and he did so in a professional and courteous manner. His office staff is wonderful, everyone I have dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful. On the day of surgery, I cannot believe how wonderful and smooth everything went!! Dr. Schmid and the nurses and anesthesiologist were suberb with their attitude and bedside manner. This was the best surgery experience I have ever had!! I highly recommend!

I had been to see another plastic surgeon and was made to feel like I wasn't worth his time because I am far from having a great body, but Dr. Arledge made me feel wonderful about my body as it is. I had two identical procedures about 30 days apart. My nurses were amazing. My anesthesia was spot on during procedure 1. It was so spot on, I felt no pain AND I remembered the details of my post surgery conversation with my surgeon. (That's never happened.) I mentioned this to my anesthesiologist before procedure 2 and she pulled my chart to mimic my anesthesia from the first visit. The staff call you after your procedure to check on you too. Highly recommend!!

Once from some skin condition that came up quickly and the second time upon my physician's urging to have a leison looked at quickly due to my history of melanoma. In March I was told that June was the earliest I could get in and in June I was told that I could get an appointment in September. Both times I reiterated that it was important that I get in quickly. The person answering the phone told me in so many words that they could care less. Avoid at all costs!!!
