He brushed off my MRI findings and dismantled a recent diagnosis I had from a different doctor and left me feeling more confused than ever. He couldn't even keep track of one medication I've been taking for 4 days. He kept asking me if I wanted to change it - isn't that what you're supposed to tell me, doctor? I left my appointment feeling so lost, uncared for, and alone. Unheard by yet another doctor. I cancelled all future appointments and told my primary care to refer me somewhere (anywhere) else. This clinic seems to run on a "quantity, not quality" method. So there's a constant flow of people, but if they experienced anything like I did then they didn't receive any care.

This is a very long story so…read moreto make it short I will just say that I was supposed to get a sleep study done from 9:00PM to 9:00AM and when we got there(after confirming several times with them that this would not happen) they said the technicians are only available until 5:00AM. This for me means that I would sleep for less than 3 hours and be kicked out of there, which is pointless. I called more than 6 times to confirm this would not happen but it still did. There are so many problems with these people but in the end this is what ended up wasting my time, stamina, and also will make me never come back to them.

Dr. V wait time 40-60 minutes and then he is ill-prepared for you. He's not ready to discuss your case because he hasn't bothered to read reports and test results provided.
