Not too encouraging. Needless to say, I had a 30 minute consultation with her which left me more confused then when I got there, got a bill for $250, which was paid immediately, and now Kellen refuses to return my calls. I told the secretary it's common courtesy to return a call and inform me she can't or wont do the case. I'd have more respect for someone if they did that...but I still haven't heard back from her. I don't know about the rest of the firm, but don't waste your time with (Attorney???) Kellen Elliott, she'll rip you off for sure.

This is a "dot i's/cross t's" kind of practice - they don't miss much of anything, and are absolute bulldogs when it comes to keeping up on the regular changes in legislation, etc. that effect estate law. The only negative - as with most lawyers - is the expense; but this is also truly a "get what you pay for" situation. As someone who has seen the ease that this firms work can do when a relative passes, I assure you it's money well spent.
