just had the windows tinted on a on a Chevy pick up truck …read more when we picked up the truck it was dark out so we couldn't really see the tint that well. The next day we noticed in the side windows had tons of distortion from all the water bubbles left underneath the tint and also a bunch of dirt . The rear window had tons of dirt debris in it as well and at the top the tint was hanging loose so we brought the truck back in and showed the guy he told us that the water bubbles would go away. He wouldn't acknowledge any of the dirt and where the tint was hanging off the back window at the top. He said that doesn't matter it will be fine. I said we need you to fix this please there shouldn't be dirt underneath its gonna make it bubble. the water in there distorting the view through the side windows needs to be squeegee out. He said he's been tinting windows for 20 years and I didn't know anything. I said we need this repaired there's dirt underneath the tint he said come back in 30 days if there's problems I said there's problems right now and he told us to fuck off. He went back in his shop and slammed the door and locked it left us in the waiting room. Needless to say I'm very upset I didn't want our money back. I just wanted him to fix the tint so I would definitely say stay away from them not very professional. I guess I'll have to see if I can get them to fix this problem. Although right now it doesn't look like anything's gonna happen.
