In January of 13 I contacted Sean Rox of Rox Beach Wedding! Right away they were very nice and helped me set a date of only 2.5 months away! 03/23/2013 at 11 am Everytime I emailed them whether it was wedding related or not they always got right back to me and even referred places! They sent the ceremony planning guide right away and I was able to with ther help plan my beach wedding through email! They even went to City Hall for me to fill out the permission form to get married on the beach! They were always extremely nice and helpful! We even had problems last minute and was able to change readings in our ceremony for us! The morning of the wedding they were already there and set up before we got there! The ceremony went great and it was a beautiful sunny day! It was not expensive at all (with 4 kids thats what we were looking for) but you get so much more for the price that you pay with Rox! We even had a first dance on the beach! Sean officiated the wedding and he was awesome! Cassandra was our photographer and the pictures are amazing!! I love love them! I loved the day so much I didnt want it to end!! It was so beautiful and we are very happy we went through Rox and our kids were able to be apart of our day! We then went on a 8 day cruise to the Bahamas for our honeymoon and that was awesome too:) I highly recommend Sean and Cassandra to anyone and everyone! I have thanked them so many times since our wedding day for making it perfect! We are going to renew our vows and even want to go through ROX again because of how amazing and excellent they were!! We are the very simple, non-planning, last minute details kind of people. So, when it came to planning a wedding, we had no clue where to start. We looked at many local places but nothing was included. All the details we would have to organize separately. We both felt like just running to the court and secretly getting married. Then I came across Rox beach weddings website. I talked to my husband and he said it sounded cool. Once I talked to Sean he totally made the stress go away from that first phone call. All I did was give him a date and the beach and the package and everything was included. I no longer had to do anything except buy our outfits and plan where to stay. Everything was figure out in a week and I didn't have to think about it for another 8 months. We received all the vow information and ceremony details via e-mail. They were available within a few hours if I had any questions or wanted to add things to the ceremony. The photography was awesome. She came to our room before the ceremony, and took great pics during and after. We even had our first dance on the beach which then turned into our first jump into the water which totally caught everyone off guard. We were originally worried about having a November wedding but the weater in Ocean City ended up being near 70 degrees. My husband Del contacted Cassandra Rox in August. We weren't sure we could pull it all together on short notice...I live in PA and Del goes back and forth to Qatar as a contractor. We originally planned on a large wedding, but found a one hour beach package that saved us a lot of time and expense. We cut the travelling guest list to 20 and had a second larger reception at my aunt's house back in PA. With the money we saved we were able to spend two weeks in Mexico and my tan is amazing :-) Rox helped us with the beach set up and the Limo that day and Sean performed and coordinated the ceremony. Our baby chocolate lab Coronado was the ring bearer. Coronado almost ran in the ocean with the rings, but it was all part of the fun that day! When Matt and I first started talking about getting married, there was no question that we would want to be married in our "Oasis"...Ocean City. He and I were high school sweethearts, reunited 16 years later.....A second marriage for me, a first for him...It had to be beautiful, unique, special for our kids, and a day we would always treasure. Trying to plan a ceremony from a few states away, can be difficult, Sean and Cassandra made the ceremony part the easiest. We were searching for a beach wedding, in a state where same sex marriages were legal. That's when we came across the 2013 Bridal show in Ocean City, we bought our tickets, booked a hotel room and traveled from Ohio, to see what it was about. We booked our ceremony for June 2014, on the spot. We wanted simple and beautiful and what we received was more than I could have imagined...Sean was patient and attentive. We were able to pick our music, rearrange the wording in our vows and the photographer was amazing, I love watching the DVD they put together for us. My husband and I were married July 2, 2013 in Bethany Beach, DE. We had found Rox doing a search online. We found their prices to be very reasonable and inquired about our wedding. Sean was very quick in responding to my emails. We immediately decided Rox was for us. I didn't want to put much footwork into finding all of the pieces that go into a wedding, and Rox Weddings took care of all of that for us already. Sean answered all of my "silly" questions and eased all of my wedding worries. Our photographer was fantastic, and our pictures are great. My wife and I loved our wedding and Sean & Cassandra were great. Their DJ's (we went with Armando) are spectacular by any standard and the photography and video really made the experience for us (and more importantly, our mothers). We had met with DJ's and photographers who wanted to charge more than our entire package ended up costing with Rox for our rather large families. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Very fun to work with and laid back, not your 'snobby wedding planner' but very classy and easy going. In these other reviews I'm reading, it looks like the customers didn't see the "non-refundable deposit" which is clearly posted on every document I signed and I'm pretty sure is standard in the industry wherever you go. read more

When my husband and I decided that we wanted a small and personal ceremony for just the two of us in Ocean City, MD, we weren't sure where to start. Once we found Rox Beach Weddings, our dream became a reality. From our first phone call, Sean was friendly and helpful. On July 26, 2013 my husband and I got married in Bethany Beach, DE. Sean and Cassandra were amazing. It was the most perfect day. We did a 5:00 p.m. wedding on Oakwood Street (which was Seans recommondation) and it was a beautiful spot. At 5:00 p.m. the beach still had a little more people on it than we thought might be there, so our guest list quickly went from 30 to 100. But no worries..... all the beach people were so nice and treated us like stars! LOL Our beach set up was so pretty and Cassandra did an awesome job with our pictures. Sean married us 10 years ago. We decided to renew our vows and looked him up to do our renewal at the inlet in Ocean City, Md where we had gotten married. Both times working with Sean were easy and wonderful! Very easy going and professional. We could not afford professional pictures when we got married but did do them for our vow renewal.
