I attended a workshop at Innerbloom yesterday and it was A++! The arrangement creation & wine tasting workshop was in partnership with the Buzzed Word (BEST bookstore/wine bar ever!) and it was the perfect Sunday afternoon. The Innerbloom owner is a great instructor and a completely lovely person. The shop is full of beautiful flowers, plants, pots, accessories, and top-quality gifts. And as we created our personal arrangements, we enjoyed floral-forward wines. The workshop fee was extremely reasonable and there were wines available for purchase as well as a 25% discount on everything in the shop for workshop participants. This review comes all the way from Northern CA. I wanted to hop on here and acknowledge, and thank, Hannah for reaching out to me via text message to talk about an order I had placed. Most of the reviews for this business are for the floral arrangements offered here, but this was related to a few home decor pieces I was trying to purchase from her website. Basically, she reached out by phone to let me know that one of the pieces had some discoloration (?) that wasn't presented on the website and that if I wanted to purchase it, it would be reduced in price. She waited patiently for me to decide and get back to her via text. All this time she was patient, forthcoming, honest, sent pictures of the products, and immediately gave a refund for 1 of the 2 pieces I didn't purchase. For the other one, it arrived perfectly and is proudly on display in the living room. The most beautiful bouquet I've ever received! The selection of flowers and the way they are arranged is extraordinary.

One of my favorite spots in Ocean City. They have the most beautiful dried arrangements and long lasting fresh arrangements. We visit several times every year for unique coastal home finds. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I've included just a few of the dried arrangements in our beach house. I cannot recommend this place enough. My niece and I were searching for exquisite flower arrangements for an event. Something truly outstanding, Innerbloom delivered on our wishes. We sent them some "ideas" for a "feel". (We can be pretty persnickety!). They not only met our expectations but far exceeded them! The arrangements couldn't be more perfect, they were absolutely beautiful and fresh. Not only are Meredith and Hannah talented designers, but they went above and beyond for us. Although they had other important events (weddings, etc.), they were going to "make it happen", and they did with great professional-ism. 2-1/2 stars would be my true rating. I placed my order 3 days before picking it up. I spoke in person with who I believe was the owner and another associate. I explained for my mother's 80th birthday I would like something similar to 2 arrangements I liked from their website. I said I knew the arrangement would not be exact. One arrangement The Brittany was $75 and the other, The Deborah Jay was $185. I asked if $150 was appropriate for something similar. They said yes. I paid $159 total at that time. I also explained that I would be picking up the order around 3 but might be earlier. They said "no problem. The arrangement will be here in the cooler waiting for you". I arrived at 2:10 on my way out of town to my mom's. When I walked in I said I was there to pick up an arrangement for my mom's birthday and the associate said she was working on it. My eyes went wide when I saw a vase with 2 thin branches of filler and one rose. I told her I was told it would be waiting etc., she said "at 3 right?". She explained she was not told about it being ready a bit early. She apologized and explained the owner took on 3 weddings that weekend and they were overwhelmed. We chatted as she arranged. I told her I loved the shop and the quality it was bringing into Ocean City. The associate said "almost done, just a few more" and I asked if she knew how much I paid. She responded "$100, right?". I said "no, $150". The associate turned and grabbed about 5-7 more stems and completed the arrangement. She also placed a small amount of loose flowers in some paper for me to place on the cake I was getting on my way as discussed while placing the order but not discussed with her from management. The associate then asked for payment which is when I explained to her that I paid when I placed the order. I thanked the associate, took the flowers and hustled on my way. I have included a picture of what I received and of the arrangements I referenced when ordering. I can't help but see a big difference. The one I received had many "filler", less expensive flowers, not a lot of harmony among the colors and looks a bit haphazard. I think this shop has potential but needs to produce the same quality they advertise. The quantity and quality of the flowers in the cooler that remained to make my arrangement were definitely ordinary and not what I was expecting. read more

I was looking for a florist in Ocean City, Maryland and Innerbloom came up in my search. What a Fabulous find!! I live out of state so I called to place my order. The shop owner (Meredith) answered the phone and was extremely helpful with my order.
