It was only like 6:00 pm so not packed at all. The bartenders were so nice and welcoming. We stuck out like sore thumbs and they could tell it was our first time there lol. They immediately offered menus, suggestions, etc. I didn't have long so I opted for a small liquid marijuana daiquiri. IT WAS SO FREAKING GOOD!! It has the perfect amount of bite. So after the fight we just had to come back. That was when the party was starting lol. It was packed. Karaoke going! We had SO much fun and again, the bartenders were impeccable! They kept up with the ever growing crowd with ease! Look this is your typical, small, hometown bar. Lots of locals. But again, even though we clearly were not locals (didn't have my Nicholls red on lol), we were made to feel very welcomed. Both visits. The chicken thigh was very moist and as would be expected the breast was not as moist. Still good but a little drier. My husband tasted my turkey and said he would make a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving if he could the breast meat as moist as Mike's! All in all a good experience.
