This message shows what type of bullying goes on. We did nothing wrong, we have nothing to hide. We messaged multiple times about meeting to sign papers, offered emails and other solutions. Even when i said specifically i was not available to meet him on the day and time he proposed, he still proceeded to bang at the door and attempt to enter the property. I was on a scheduled conference call for work and could not answer. I had to mute the meeting because it sounded like a lunatic outside my door. He was told ahead of time and made no attempts to reschedule. Everything is on his time. I then get sent the text threatening police force over signing papers and a "routine check". Noone sends a message like that over a routine check. So, be warned. If you dont answer the door, the cops get summoned. All other paperwork was signed electronically by the way. This is the type of luxury you get with Anthony. He us one of those guys who is on a power trip. The property is supposed to be pet free. We have documented allergies to dogs. There are dogs everywhere. They are people's pets, not service animals. Dogs bark night and day. The building is very dated and everything is shotty. The fitness room has old rusty equipment that does not work. The outside grill is rusty, filthy and in disrepair. The entrances to the beach and pool are blocked off. I heard a woman in the lobby saying it has been like that since over a year ago. We had to climb over a wall to take a walk on the beach. In the unit there are carpet remnants everywhere. The closets have buckets of paint, silicone tubes, extra tile, and light fixture pieces. The refrigerator ice and water dispenser is filthy. There is no water pressure and the water is a very rusty brown color. There are plenty of properties out there
