They did advise me before that there were broken toys and pieces missing to certain activities so to know that they are always replenishing and making sure there is a safe and fun environment being provided is comforting. No child care is cheap but great child care is hard find. I haven't experienced the same things as the comment about teachers acting annoyed so I have to disagree with that.
