I'm a fan of their big selection for such a tiny store, but I'm kind of bummed out that me being a new customer and it also being a 10% off day still didn't lead me to get any discount. I still paid full price on the sticker label and I didn't get a receipt with my purchase so I could dispute any charges. Also, be prepared for the humidity and heat in that shop. I wanted to follow up regarding the vape cartridge I received, which arrived only half full -- clearly inconsistent with the product images shown online. I understand you've mentioned that the manufacturer is responsible for this issue. However, as a customer, I'm purchasing this through your store, not directly from the manufacturer. If you're aware this product is consistently underfilled, and continue to sell it without notifying customers, that's misleading. At the very least, it should be disclosed before purchase. This has now happened more than once, and it's disappointing to feel like I'm not getting what I pay for -- especially when this product isn't cheap. I'm 19 with actual severe back pains and other disabilities I don't feel comfortable sharing. I've been ordering here for a while and showed my first delivery guy my ID and my medical slip in paper form. I ended up losing my medical slip but didn't think I'd need it anymore since my ID and medical slip I showed the driver was already on record since ive ordered here before. I make my order and get a new driver named Andrew but for some reason he asked to see my medical slip and I didn't have it at the time. So he ended up coming the next day and I had a picture saved in my camera roll of my medical slip and showed it to him and he proceeded to tell me he needed it in paper form. I ask him how come everything has to be so difficult now if this dispensary has been delivering to me for over 4 months. I showed a picture of my medical slip with my doctors name signed on it and everything and showed him all my medical conditions and he continued to decline my service. So I asked my mother for the copy of the slip when she gets back home. She gets home and now I have my medical slip in paper form so I re make my order. And the entire store is declining my service and I'm not to familiar with other dispensaries that deliver this far. I don't smoke cannabis to get high I smoke it cause it's medically prescribed to me so this entire company declined my service and tampered with my medicine that legally treats me. The budtender was extremely rude to me on the phone and then canceled my order when i thanked her for the "royal treatment" they advertised (while on hold and online) but didn't provide me. I've used Weedmaps for years for both pick up and delivery from various shops. I can easily say that anyone else is better than this vendor!
