It's small with limited seating, hence the need for reservations! But apparently, at least in Rome, one needs to go to a specialty store to buy some good brew. Beer Time is a great little such store, with an impressive selection of beers from Italy, rest of Europe and some oversea names too (none of which starts with Bud). A great find, especially considering I was staying in a location far away from local tourist spots. Alessio and any of the knowledgeable people working there will answer any questions you may have about their beer selection.
