Plenty of parking, clean restroom, attractive building. I was delighted to turn the corner and see a top-notch coffee bar! Gleaming espresso machine, vacuum brewer, and a solo hand-press espresso machine on display. he Cortado and Americano were both really good. Just thrilled to walk in with low expectations for a carafe of anything caffeinated, and instead find a pro barista who cared and made magic in a take-out cup. Reasonably priced, quick, and takes Android Pay. Marking this one on my road map.

A majority of the gym's equipment has been updated with new, smoother, legible, and more padded machines. If it's grey, black, and blue... it's new! The fitness centre has strategically placed TV's with air conditioning to a cool, comfortable temperature as you get your sweat on. Half the gym is lined with windows to allow for natural sunlight and outdoor sights and the other half is lined with mirrors for your viewing pleasure as you count those reps and pump those muscles. Considering the size of the fitness centre, it packs a well-organized and good variety of: - Cardio machines like exercise bikes, rowing machines, step machines, ellipticals and treadmills with screens, iPhone connections, and fans. - Weight training machines to target all the major muscle groups of your body that you desire. - Free weights from 2.5 to 90 lbs with a variety of benches and plenty of mirror space. - Bench press, Squat rack and a Smith machine round out the major equipment. There's so many other equipment choices you can find like jump ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands, weight belts, medicine balls, mats, foam roller, and full and half exercise balls. Not sure where to start? There's always someone in the fitness centre that can answer your questions, and at times there's a certified fitness trainer present. If this isn't enough, the fitness centre pass also includes group fitness classes such as yoga, run clubs, outdoor bootcamp, functionality training and more. Once you're all done and sweaty, change rooms are available with lockers (bring your own lock) and showers outside of the fitness room beside the restrooms. Fitness centre drop-in (as of Fall 2013) is $5.30. There are 10 visit punch cards and monthly options in which the deals get better as more months you buy. A 3 month pass is $98 which works out to be around $30/month. Youth and Senior passes available at a discounted rate. The centre opens Monday-Friday 6am-9:45pm and Saturday-Sunday 8am-8:45pm. Also, the fitness centre is usually open on holidays unlike some other places. No excuses now people - get your pump on! Overall great fitness centre but it does get a little crowded and occasionally slightly smelly when its peak gym times. Regardless, it's a great fitness centre that offers a lot towards your health, fitness and goal in becoming the next Arnold! So get your sweat and reps on fellow Yelpers! ;) FYI: Wi-fi available at TCC, just ask the front desk for the password!

I passed by a room where I saw senior citizens having fun singing and dancing. Someone waved for me to come in and I did. I had a good time. The singing was mostly funny in a way. No expert singers. Music's good and they provided little coffee and snacks. But most of all, as a senior retired, I was amazed at how good this center is and how inclusive. I was told that the big boss is Francis. His office just inside the Sing Along room and a good guy. Very accommodating and welcoming. I plan to fix my time and go back in the new year.

Theres one cafeteria inside,well atleast you can get some foods to relieved your hunger. One sports store inside i saw some sale bit i didnt buy anything. I was here for education a union educ,class roomr are big and well lighted,temperature is comfi... Good experience at this community centre earlier this week where we attended a Zumba class…read more The reception staff were efficient and let us pay promptly which was appreciated as we were running late. We received the last few passes to attend the class and rushed upstairs to attend. Our instructor waited a few minutes for everyone to get settled before beginning the class and just like that we were off. As one song became another and the sweat started flowing it was apparent that our instructor really enjoyed the music and leading the class. It certainly didn't come naturally to me but in this case I think it's all about the rhythm, enjoyment and exercise. I would absolutely return for another class here. And it's a bit expensive, the gym is not so big, the machines are ok.

Everything from the décor, to the yoga studios, to the rooms for rent and even the washrooms. Our family attended a children's party that some friend's of ours held in the Cyprus room and we were impressed. The staff were friendly and engaged the kids as well as the adults, the toys were in excellent shape and the whole area was clean. By area I am referring to the play area, kitchen and the washrooms. There's even a playground right outside the room if you want your kids to get some fresh air. If you're thinking of hosting your child's birthday party, I highly recommend this community centre.

The gym is decent but the weight section seems jam packed full of equipment, which makes it difficult to move around and such when it's busy. The staff and trainers were all just kind of hanging out talking to each other but still helpful (A trainer came to help me when he noticed me staring at a machine with a confused look on my face and he didn't even make me feel stupid because I didn't know how to use it!) Standard sign up sheets for cardio machines but no one seems to really take notice, it was basically just grab whatever s available. The pool is huge and great. Loved the steam room and sauna, as they are both clean and spacious. Changing rooms are very large. The pool area is pretty empty if you go late morning/ early afternoon but the gym seems to always be busy. The restaurant boasts "fresh homemade snacks" on their website but I've only ever seen them serving hot dogs, hamburgers and sometimes those prepackaged sandwiches.

The pool has 25m swimming lanes, 2 diving boards, warmer non lane swimming pool, big hot tub, steam room and sauna. The best part is $2 swim nights. From 9-10pm at it's $2 to go for a swim. They also have family swims on Sunday and Monday evenings they are earlier for $2. This is the reason why I'm there so often. Change rooms are ok, can be a little dirty at the end of a day but I'm used to that now. Also even though there are "no shoes" signs everywhere you can bring dedicated pool shoes like flip flops as long as they are clean. Don't be that guy that walks in with your dirty shoes on!
