We moved in Oct. 2019 and only planned to live here a month, until we could find something longer term, that we thought we would enjoy more, but because the neighborhood - park is so comfortable, friendly, well managed and maintained, we decided to stay until our new home was ready for move in. Al at the property management company has been great to work with. He streamlined the whole move in - move out process. He always returned all calls and texts and addressed any questions we had. He also followed through with everything discussed. We appreciated his honesty, everything was as agreed on. The park has a wonderful onsite Manager that welcomes you, makes you instantly feel at home and is able to answer any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The onsite groundskeeper also makes sure to check up on you and answer any questions you may have and help in any way he can. I wasn't familiar with rv hookups and he was always available and more than happy to help. This was our first time staying at a park and thanks to these good people, it was a very enjoyable experience! The community here is also very friendly and respectful of one another. This all makes for a really great place to call home! This property is impressively gated, has excellent views and is constantly being upgraded w beautiful drought friendly landscaping. If you are looking for a place to call home, Sycamore Park is definitely worth a visit!! We looked at several other parks and options, and nothing else compared. The manager Joanne knew he was in poor health. Why didn't she check on him? A good manager would have, especially in a senior home park. But no, she let him rot like a stray dog! It's difficult to rate a mobile home park. However, after considering the purchase of a home in…read morethis location, I am glad we decided against it. The property is not well maintained. Residents are seemingly not expected to keep their grass and shrubbery watered and trimmed. There is a creek behind a portion of the units that is a flood hazard during heavy rains and is not fenced. The stated price for the land lease was a certain amount in the MLS listing and quoted as higher by the on site manager. Unimpressive.
