The manager does not have consistency with her office hours, the pool is never open the correct months or times. It is suppose to open at 9am but they're too lazy to open it on time. The rec hall is never open and often occupied by random people. The manager hires people to do maintenance who are clearly on drugs from how they act and their pupils. She does not care if you are on a fixed income and have expressed you've applied for grants to fix stairs or ramps. She shows favoritism and is not approachable. This manager has ruined this park. Generations of my families have lived here my great grandma was one of the first buyers when this park opened I've lived here for 29 years and I hope to see the day this manager gets fired.

The park manager is on-site and so is the relief manager. They are both very nice, extremely helpful, and keep the park running at it's finest. There are strict rules, which I like, because otherwise people take advantage. I like that there is security that works most of the night...that makes us feel safe. The maintenance staff keeps the park very, very clean and I have had many friends, etc. comment to me about that. Another comment I get from people who are visiting the park is that they love that the "street signs" have the space numbers on them, instead of street names or nothing at all, like some parks. It makes it much simpler to find a home, especially your first time here. All this, plus the space rents are definitely some of the lowest around. I am very happy to be an owner in this park and I give the credit to the park managers, Ramona and Michelle.

The property manager, Carol, is the sweetest lady and an awesome manager. She is on top of everything making sure the park stays clean & has the crew of repair/maintenance men out working in homes and around the park. The entire lot was recently paved and looks nothing like these old pictures. I was sad to leave, but having two toddlers, we just really needed a bigger place. Carol will definitely be missed!
