I highly recommend booking Royal Coach for any of your Las Vegas transportation needs! I booked them for a corporate event and was so impressed from A-Z. First, Tawny, the Sales Leader, was extremely responsive and helped me understand all of the different bus options. We even got an extremely competitive price for a bigger bus compared to others in the area. (Which I will admit initially made me nervous!) The coordination leading up was very straight forward. Payment terms were very reasonable. The day of went PERFECTLY! Our bus driver, Ceaser showed up 15 minutes earlier than I expected. He was very friendly and polite. Once our guest started showing up, he was very personable and helped everyone with luggage that they had. And the bus was in amazing shape. Top of the line amenities, comfy seats, great air flow, and super clean. There were a few amenities we did not take advantage of but I'm sure they were great too! I hope this review helps you! My wife & I recently had the need to book a bus to transport our guests to a wedding. She had worked with Rene to make the arrangements and couldn't have been easier were both very pleased how everything worked out. In short: Clean bus, good price, nice driver. A group of (what would eventually become rowdy) friends and I did a wine tasting trip that I planned. Maker Faire offered free shuttle rides to the event chartered by Royal Coach Tours from two parking locations. The drivers were very accommodating to my friend who needed to be on a specific bus with a wheelchair lift. We had to wait for quite a while for that bus, but everything went as smoothly as it could have and we saved $12. ;) read more

I am a college coach, and we used Royal Coach Tours to charter a bus from Santa Clara to Santa Barbara for the weekend. It was an excellent service. We had a great driver who knew how to get everywhere and was always on time. He even came out to our games and rooted on the team. I also thought he was a very good driver, and I felt very safe when we were on the road. The bus had WiFi, Satellite TV, and a DVD player, and plenty of leg room for all the players. We contract with Royal Coach regularly for school field trips (Andrew Hill High School). Teachers and students alike always get excited when Royal Coach is coming to pick us up because their buses are so clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Especially in comparison to the yellow school buses we are used to! The reason I'm writing this review, however, has more to do with Royal Coach as a company and less with the fancy buses. Last week, Royal Coach took a group of 30 seniors to Southern California for a 3-day college tour. Kenny, our bus driver, was a real professional and delivered us to our many destinations promptly and comfortably. He's also a really nice guy. The true test for Kenny, however, happened on our return when Interstate 5 shut down due to mud slides. We had left San Diego at 8 AM and Kenny informed the group that we would be taking an alternate route, namely 101, due to the closure. Well, we avoided the mud slides, but found ourselves in the worst traffic I have ever experienced (no exaggeration at all). It was apparent that the rest of California was also using 101 as an alternative to I5. The gridlock started in Anaheim and did not let up for the rest of the trip. Kenny's top speed during this ordeal couldn't have been much more than 5 mph. At 1:00 PM we had driven maybe 30 miles and Kenny realized he wouldn't be able to drive us all the way home. Professional drivers can only drive for 8 hours before having to take a break. Like a pro, Kenny contacted Royal Coach headquarters - and arranged for another driver to meet us somewhere north of Santa Barbara. That meant another driver would drive down from San Jose into this hellish traffic to meet us and relieve Kenny. This super-hero driver was Candy (sp?). We made the exchange in Buelton, and were back on the road Home. Candy got us back to Andrew Hill at 11:30 PM - a 16 hour drive total. Needless to say, the anxious parents waiting for their students were very relieved. And despite a natural disaster, our college tour was a success thanks to the professionalism and conscientiousness of our drivers and the entire Royal Coach team. So, yeah, 5 stars. TL;DR - Royal Coach has beautiful buses, caring drivers, and is an all-around great company to work with. read more

Royal Coach Tours provided transportation to our event at the Mountain Winery in October. We had a large group of 150 people and we reserved 3 buses with Royal Coach. The drivers were early to pick us up, patient with us while we loaded onto the buses, allowed us to bring food and drinks on board and let us play our music on the drive to the winery. The drivers were fun and friendly to all of our guests. When we prepared to leave the winery, they were on time, communicated everything with us and really helped make our event turn out flawless. We had a very positive experience with Royal Coach Tours. They were suggested to us by our wedding venue and so I contacted them to discuss our needs for our big day. Sharon helped me and was extremely friendly and promptly returned a quote that was very reasonable for a 30+ passenger van to make multiple trips up to our venue and then a 50+ person bus to return everyone to their hotels after the wedding (this was a cheaper option than booking a bus for the whole evening). About one week before the wedding, I called her back to discuss adding in an extra pickup and she completed my request without any hassle. Cheers to Sharon! I used Royal Coach last week. It was last minute, as in I needed a bus for 15 people in less than 3 hours, and we were very unorganized. Not only were they able to accomodate us but Martha, in the office, was friendly and professional, the driver was great! I was sure when I called in the morning there was no way we could get a bus that day but Martha was very quick to assure me they could help me. We did this all as a surprise for one of the passangers so the driver was carful not to let on where we were going. We made 3 stops before the final destination and the driver was easy going and fun. Our plan evolved as the day progressed and our driver was wonderful and just rolled with our group. I can't say enough about the office staff and the patient driver. Wow, what nice customer service for the lost and found! I thought I had lost my electronic book on their bus and they checked multiple times, left me several messages indicating how they had looked for it, sounded really concerned, and could not have been nicer or more responsive. (It turns out, I was found the device later in my own car; my fault!) Also, this trip was a school field trip and the pull down television screens aboard the bus made the trip so ideal for children. This is a great company. Our group had some specific and non-standard luggage needs and we weren't totally sure how big of a bus we needed. Maria in the sales department did a great job giving us information and accomodating our needs. Even though this is known as one of the more premier transportation companies in the south bay, their prices were just as low if not lower than their competitors (all of which had worse Yelp ratings). Royal Coach Tours helps us transport runners for the Big Sur International Marathon every April. Kristine is easy to work with for reserving the buses and coordinating the various pick up and drop off locations. We ask the drivers to show up at a ridiculously early hour (usually 0330) and drive a challenging route down HWY 1 in the dark each year and they always execute flawlessly.
