Unlike Natural Gas and Electric were the product is delivered continuously they deliver Propane. They require pre-payment or you don't get any additional gas. Prepay or go on even pay and make the payments. They are not a pipeline and I don't want to pay extra for those who don't pay. Regular utilities like NGas and Electric Companies have more recourse to force people to pay up after the heating season is over.
