The man up front, I believe his name was Doug seemed very reluctant to help us. When we arrived he was more concerned about a broken lane and told us to wait and that he'll be right back. There was also a couple of people who spoke directly at him including a woman who just wanted to say thank you on her way out and he just ignored them both. As far as the place itself, It's pretty easy to find your way around but not a fan of how the bowling balls are sorted. You pretty much have to go to other unoccupied lanes to search for a ball if your lane doesn't have what you're looking for. Wasn't a huge fan of the red ambiance either.
