    My foamy sock

It was fun. Only thing is I got foam from the foam pit on my socks. Otherwise, the foam pit was fun.

She was friendly nice and informative providing me with the details on how to enjoy this venue. Directing me to the various payment options she informed me about a $15 four hour special that I immediately took advantage of. Thank you for having that special. I had a real blast because of that. There was an awesome pinball area with many fun and interesting pinball machines. Pinball machines are super fun. I want to be clear that I loved spending four hours enjoying this arcade. Some of the machines seemed to be under disrepair. While I was there, other people seemed to be enjoying their time with their families. Even with machines not in the best condition I found ways to enjoy myself. When I found a game that wasn't working as intended, I enjoyed looking for what was different about it, then looking for a different way to enjoy the experience. Understanding and being patient with people is important to me. This business is ran by people. I understand that people want to do good and try their best. I know people need the care and attention so they can know what is good and right. Another way I was able to enjoy my visit despite the state of machines is to look for more than one perspective. First perspective for the broken machines is that the staff doesn't care about fixing anything. I refuse to stop there so I look for another perspective. Second perspective is I noticed a help wanted sign in the window while walking in. Also much of the staff seem young (COVID generation) so maybe they don't know what to do. Maybe there's no one skilled/trained enough to repair the machines and the staff is doing the best they can with the knowledge they have. Thank you Power Play for allow me to visit your business. 0:-)

This PowerPlay experience was utterly unacceptable…read more 1. I entered with my grandchildren, and the Assistant Manager along with another associate simply chatted among themselves while I stood visibly waiting for assistance. Let's just say I corrected them quickly on this unprofessional misstep. 2. Numerous machines were out of service, yet they continued deducting points without providing any of the promised services. I had to personally keep returning to the front desk, which took away from the experience. 3. Every employee except the young lady at the front desk was engrossed in their cellphones. 4. I had to search repeatedly for staff to operate the rides so my grandchildren could enjoy what was available, as stations remained unmanned. 5. Staff members were eating at the front desk openly, with the Assistant Manager bringing food to one employee while I was trying to have points put back on the card yet again from another game not working. 6. The ticket redemption station was closed/locked. I had to return to the front desk again to find the young man who should have been back there standing at the front desk eating. He casually said he was "trying to eat" when I inquired about exchanging tickets for prizes. This entire experience was beyond disappointing--and there are no valid excuses. Numerous establishments take your money without delivering quality service. This is one of those places. We wasted far too much time attempting to spend $100 worth of tokens, and we will absolutely not return.

The go-kart racing was fun, and it looks like they run things on a first come, first served basis unless you book a larger group event ahead of time. One downside was that quite a few arcade games were out of service while we were there, which was a little disappointing. Even with some games down, it was still fun trying out several games I hadn't really seen before. I didn't realize they had duckpin bowling, laser tag, VR, a 7D theater/ride experience, and a racing simulator in addition to the go karts. The staff member working near the duckpin bowling area took time to explain the different activities, how the kart racing works, and other things to do around the facility. Overall, we had a fun time and would probably come back on another weekday. Based on other reviews, though, I'm not sure we'd try going on a weekend due to the crowds and congestion people mention.

For about the first half of the intermediate race, me and my wife somehow got pulled to the back... And we're in the back and nobody told us this, but I guess they limit your speed? And it wasn't that it was limited sometimes we start going and me and her just kept losing full control and everyone just kept passing us. We were like" what is going on why we are the only two getting pulled back?"...and you see people just gain distance on us. I understand if something bad goes wrong, but why is everyone else getting control and they end up gaining 20 feet and 50 feet and before you know it were trailing have the track... So about halfway into the race, we finally get control back, but at this point, my time is already shot. I can't win even the best time. so what am I doing here? What am I doing this for? At this point, I just gave up. All that money just for this? I am never coming back and you've lost my future business forever. What's funny about all of this? It's just before we were signing up for all the races. We were stoked and I was trying to make plans to come back just as adults for the faster races but if this is what it's gonna be like. I'll pass. What a waste of a place. The game arcade is sweet, but you know what I'll just go to Dave & Buster's because this is just not worth it and I don't wanna support this.

I was the only guy in my session driving the UMP Modified, not that it mattered. I have no actual race experience, other than driving a ton of laps in go-karts, so I was a little nervous. They set the cars up to about 75% race speed, but that's still plenty fast for a beginner driver. Terre Haute was fairly flat, dry and slick, so the back end would kick around pretty easy, but the track is also fairly big. You could hammer the throttle in the straights and really feel the power. I stayed fairly reserved around the corners, and only hung the back end out a little, as I didn't want to spin and potentially hit something, but I think next time, and there will be a next time, I'll be a little more adventurous in the corners. All in all, fun as hell. You drove at your own pace, and were on the track with a few other cars, so the potential to pass was also there. If you want pics and video, it's available, and they don't discourage you taking your own pics, either. Plenty of access to walk around and check things out, too. My son came back while I strapped into the car, and had a good time even though he didn't drive anything. As I mentioned, I'll be back, and hopefully soon.

He didn't actually get into a car until 4:30. He stood there waiting and so did we to watch. They didn't have enough cars to meet the needs of all of the drivers who purchased tickets. They cars were pieces of junk and kept breaking down. They didn't have reserve cars. In the training they were encouraging people to purchase extra tickets to ride along with a professional driver. Sad thing is, there weren't professional drivers at all. The cars didn't even fit two people. The two cars, late models did, but we did not see any professional drivers. They were collecting money for something that they knew wasn't going to happen. Save some money and don't buy tickets to this, it's not worth it. It took away from the fun and I don't like lying and basically taking money even though they say you can get a refund or reschedule.

June 2026- DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED and want to ride coasters…read more So here is my June 2026 review...and I can't wait to update this in a few years. This park has a lot of potential. I can't wait to see what the Enchanted people do to/for it. There were a lot of rides down, like a lot a lot. Someone in the parking lot warned us as they were coming out and we were going in that "more than half the park is closed" and he wasn't wrong, but not being locals these were the two days on our road trip that we could come to this park. A bunch were down for the two days we were there with nothing to indicate they were going to open...Others had opened and closed a few times over the two days. There are walking paths that would have made life on this forty-something year old easier that were blocked off for the train tracks. (I imagine on years when they were better staffed they had someone at these spots to open and close the gates as needed for the train.) These spots would have saved a good amount of time, and some energy. It frustrating to see where you need to get to, but you have to walk pretty far out of the way...and in at least on spot down a steep hill and back up it so you go under the train to get there. The few restrooms I went in seemed clean enough...pretty good actually for an amusement park. The staff I encountered seemed nice enough....but should realize that if someone is getting an ADA pass because they don't get along with stairs, maybe let those people know it's going to be a rough day and elevators may as well not exist in this park. Really, there should be staff at the ride entrances for all of the rides. They should be able to tell you where the ada entrance to the ride is located. (The entrance to the ada isn't always obvious. It's often the exit to the ride, but if you've never done a ride before then you don't know where you're going to come out.) If there was a staff member at the entrance to each ride they could let you know that either the elevator doesn't work, or that you need staff to help you with the elevators? I'm not even sure if all of the elevators needed staff/ a key to operate, or if every one was just broken, but since you couldn't find an employee outside of the stations there was no one to ask, so either you're not riding or stuck figuring out the stairs. (Thank god for my husband and his patience) Long story short, they need to get their act together concerning ada/ride accessibility. They need to staff the park better.

For the event, food was catered in with a nacho bar from Jose Pepper's, and we were given a complimentary cocktail along with the chance to play a game of fowling. Fowling is basically bowling with a football, but instead of a regular football, we used more of a Nerf-style, squeezy football. It sounds simple until you actually try it. Even when your aim feels spot on, the ball can bounce, shift, and completely miss the target. It was a lot of fun and honestly a better workout than I expected. I was surprised my arm was not sore afterward because there is definitely some movement involved. The space is great for groups, parties, team building, and people who enjoy active social games. The staff and setup made the event feel easy and welcoming, and I had a wonderful time. That said, I'll be honest: this is not really my personal bag. I could definitely see myself coming back for a kid, pre-teen, or teenager's birthday party, or maybe enjoying it more if there were an outdoor option where I could get a little sunshine while playing. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I'm glad I went. I had fun, I tried something new, and now I can officially say I've been fowling. Would I need to do it again in life? Honestly, probably not. But would I recommend it for the right group or occasion? Absolutely.
