Better than I thought it would be. I was expecting one of those insanely overstimulated,…read moreoverpacked, oversugared kid-energy kind of experiences but this was... pleasant? Dare I say, kind of fun? We went to a kids birthday party out this way, and when I say out this way, I mean it's a HAUL from where we are in the city. Try to keep track of the beige and uniform buildings as you go by, it feels like you're in an infinite loop of personality-less structures. Eventually the sameness will blend into more sameness, although this will have a sign for Urban Air and you've made it. It's almost a throwback to the Discovery Zone birthday parties of the 90's from the outside, and from the inside for that matter. It wasn't too busy when we were there on a Saturday morning, and my kids really had to soak it all in and get their nerves out to start. Once they found the smaller kids area of tunnels and ball pits, the ice broke and the fun flowed out. There's VR machines, bumper cars, trampolines, more intense trampolines, gymnastics style trampolines, and even some sort of fun sky swing thing that looks like it's for much older kids but isn't. Kind of hard to get bored in here if you're between 4-12, I'd imagine. On the birthday front, they had pizza, a private room, and someone dedicated to running the party who did a nice job. I won't be rushing back, but I will file this away for those late January/February days when the shine of winter is off and you're desperate to get the kids out of the house. Fun overall!

This one is clean, the folks working friendly and mostly helpful, and it doesn't stink like some others - I'm looking at you Kids Empire. For around $20 my five year old can run, jump, and get her wiggles out for HOURS. That's money well spent in my book. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here and I have to add that the team working did a wonderful job. The table was set up, plates, and waters provided, and it was an easy place to gather with her classmates. I've been recommending parties here ever since. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is just because the restrooms could use some TLC. Get that fixed and this is a 5 star children's attraction for sure.

I think the limited time you have the party table is crazy when pizza arrives 20 minutes before you have to be out of the table area and not even opened presents. There was not a party scheduled after ours and would charge us more if we were there past our time allotted. The areas our clean. Pizza is from Costco across the street. Workers are helpful and seem to be watching jumpers closely for any dangerous activity on the equipment.

My kids love it here. My oldest's favorite spot inside is the mini soccer field that is by the pink…read moreslide. This area is not the greatest for littler kids when the older ones are playing though, as balls are flying hard and fast. My youngest's favorite section is the slide that you have to ride a little cart down (roller slide). They have a type of bumper cars that require extra money to ride, but each time we have went, multiple bikes/cars were not working or stopped mid-turn. There are claw games and air hockey that costs extra as well. Each person, parents included, are not allowed to wear shoes inside, but need their branded socks. I do like this for the germ factor, but if you aren't prepared (I was wearing flip flops), the extra sock charge is there. For pricing, it is expensive. For a couple hours, it's a lot, but the benefit there is that they allow you to leave and come back that same day, so if you are making a day out of it, it makes more sense. For working parents, I couldn't get a wifi signal, but I did see a few adults with laptops, so I'm guessing they used their phones for signal. If noise bothers you, this place isn't for you...it's LOUD. I'm used to kids playing and having fun, but the walls seem to bounce the sound more than normal. When kids went in the light room and screamed, it echoed through the entire place. As far as food, there are only snacks. They have a few drinks and snack items to purchase, but if you are looking for a meal, you will have to leave and come back. The employees were nice, but the amount of times I saw a kid get hurt or do things like bring a bike to the top level and try riding it, there didn't have anyone watching to make sure kids were being safe. I was on edge the majority if the time watching kids (not mine) that were on the verge of getting hurt or go back to their parent in tears. To me, this place is good if you are in their with your kiss and plan on spending a long time there...or special occasions.

I showed my ID for Shawnee residence proof and then paid. I got one life jacket for one child. We got there around 11 AM and I believe they open at 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, all of the chairs that had umbrellas were taken by that time. The only reason I give it a four star is because they don't have enough chairs or umbrellas. Everything was clean and in good working order and they had a nice set up for the smaller kids. This pool is primarily for kids 12 and under or maybe even 10 and under. I did have a 12-year-old with me and she prefers the other Shawnee pool which is for older kids, but she still had fun. The lifeguards were excellent. They were always on point watching the small children and never strayed from that. They were actually much better than the larger pool and Shawnee that I went to several weeks ago. The only thing I didn't quite understand was that there was an area roped off for "swimming lessons" but I think it was really parents trying to teach their kids to swim, not any professional instructor. I was bringing my two year-old grandson into that pole and the life guard told me I couldn't do it because it was swimming lessons and it ends at 12:30. So maybe it was because he did not have a floaty on and I was holding him and that's why he didn't allow it because like I said it was just parents teaching their kids. So we just got out and enjoy the rest of the other area. In the future, I would go more around 2 PM or 3 PM. I do believe this pool closes at 6 PM which is about two hours earlier than the main pool. I didn't take photos because there were kids in every area and I don't feel comfortable taking photos of children that are in their bathing suits. So the only photo I've included is one of my grandchildren on a chair taking a break.

This was our second time going and I still think it's a blast. They go over all the rules and precautions and then you race! Wait times can be a bit if there are lots of people there but you can play games, eat, and drink or even watch other ppl race! It's fun to bring your beer out to the track watch area and see racers. Once you're done racing, they print out a data sheet on your performance. I've saved every one so far to see how I improved!

The pad mat at the end of the slides keep moving but no one fixes them. I was fixing them so my toddler didn't land on the hard floor. There is no food or drink on any of the play areas but kids don't seem to care or read rules. Parents aren't even watching them too. They were old enough to understand. Had to tell them myself to not have drinks on the slides. They had snack area too which was pretty good selection. It was pretty hot in there though, so not sure if AC just wasnt on or maybe it wasn't working. I would go again but maybe when my child is older. There are a few things for maybe 1 year olds and 2 year olds to play on.
