The project manager that we were working with Maryann, was absolutely phenomenal. Any inquiry or additional ask that I came up with along the way (and I'm a perfectionist so I can be a little annoying) she addressed in a prompt manner. Not only did we change the scope of the project as we uncovered new obstacles along the way, but I even pivoted after we got a brick delivery to ensure the brick matched. They were happy to pause and go back to the brick supplier to ensure they were getting the exact tone I was looking for. Gio was our masonry and after using him, I don't think I'll ever use another masonry other than him. I work remote and was able to see a lot of the work he was putting in and it truly is a craft. He took his time and made sure he cared about things even unrelated to the job.
