Every person that we dealt with at Beachside Getaway was so nice, helpful, and courteous! The house we rented from them was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked. The few minor problems we had during the week were taken care of immediately and was followed up on to make sure we were happy. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you need to make a meal (including various spices!) A basket of personal care essentials are provided in case you forget anything. Having 2 full bathrooms was so convenient as we had another couple staying with us. The beds were luxurious! Karen and Steve have ensured that their Villa will be your home away from home and a welcoming place to come back to after a busy day of shopping, eating and spending time in the sun and on the beach in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. We forgot to put the yellow strip on our dashboard. The guard asked our name, unit number and realtor. He found our name, unit and Trident on his computer and and told us we could not enter the plantation. We had paid for our stay at the queens grant but we had to get a hotel room for the night. Trident said that was unfortunate but didn't offer to compensate us Not a happy camper. There was nothing on the rental sheets that mentioned being prevented from entering our villa at 11:30 pm without our dashboard strip.

Everything about Holly and the condo she rented to us was absolutely amazing!! Holly is kind, accommodating, fair and caring. She lets you know the dos and don't and ins and outs and responds very quickly to any questions you may have. And the place we rented was updated, clean, and quiet. It had and cooking tool we might need and even some spices and oils. There are 6 beach towels and a couple noodles as well as a couple beach chairs if you need them. Definitely a place suited for anyone that wants to have fun but not stay up all night with party noise. There was loads of quiet peace. And everyone adhered to the quiet time directive. Our experience with Hilton Head Beach Rentals was beyond excellent. We rented an oceanfront condo in the C Building that was absolutely wonderful. The view was breathtaking. Sherry sees to it that her guests have a villa experience to be treasured. This villa had EVERYTHING! The bed was super comfortable. The Wifi was excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was plenty of closet space and shelves - I needed that because I do lots of shopping when I'm on the island. Every morning my husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the balcony while taking in the spectacular view of the ocean. We were a few steps away from the pool (the largest on the island) and the beach. Sherry is always just a phone call away and personally makes sure that her guests are happy. She is the perfect host. We have already made our reservations for this summer. As a matter of fact, we did it before we even left! Thank You Sherry for a wonderful vacation. We can't wait to get back!

The woman I spoke with was very nice and told us we could get in earlier than the normal 4 pm check in time- just give them 15 minutes... we were in by 1:45. Loved the place and staff was very nice. Also, - and this is a major plus!! my son left his retainer at our place and they were very helpful in getting it back. They had it and sent it back ($25 fee, but better than $400 for s new one!).
