I was initially hesitant, but Wilberto does an amazing job! One of the first things he does once you get into the chair is mapping out your brows. Thank goodness for that because I've heard a lot of horror stories of other places just assuming what to clean and thread off without approval. Wilberto makes sure you're comfortable, which is a huge green flag as well.
