I went here yesterday for the first time, I've been to other eyebrow threading places before but not in the US; it was the closest place to my family house so I decided to give them a try. I was greeted when I walked in and it wasn't busy at all. I got paired with Kamal and she did an excellent job on my eyebrows and chin; I was worried about the pain but it was very minimal and Kamal was very careful. At the end of the threading they put rose water on the eyebrow which felt great. I decided to get henna on both hands ; top and bottom part with very elaborate designs which took about two hours to complete. Jaz did my henna, by the time I was done the store was getting very busy and I walked out completely satisfied. The prices are very reasonable more than in the LA city areas and I'm convinced I'll be coming here for regular eyebrow maintenance. read more

I really didn't want to do this but after trying so hard to fill in my eyebrows and seeing how bad this is I just can't help but be so angry, ashamed, and dumbfounded. The place was clean and the customer service was Great (especially they older gentleman) Cashiers and for that reason I'm giving them 2 stars. I had my eyebrows done with Hector (I believe that was his name and if I'm mistaken, sorry!) and he was nice and attentive for the most part. He asked if I just wanted a clean up and I said yes, we also talked about how this was my first time. I really thought that I found my new spot as I'm fairly new to the area and would still drive all the way into LA from West Covina to go to my regular place. So hear goes my complaint... Not only are they drastically uneven but one is thinner, one is shorter from the inner section (between eyes) , and one is higher up then the other. Either way the picture speak for them selves. Please note that I tried to just outline the same section where I had hair, then I tried to shade them in , then I drew straight lines from one corner to another. read more
