The front of house staff are almost always super friendly and food is ready quickly. Items have been hit or miss for me, but if you reply to their request for a review and comment you didn't like something they almost always work to make it right on the next trip. Particular favorite is the Tuna Poke Bowl and the crunch salads. Thai food was a miss for me, but will probably try again. I just wish they had more options that were under 1000 calories.
