I came to the store to get some chicken and fries, but they have no chicken breast at all and they only have about 10 fries available for me to buy. The fries are always very nasty and disgusting at this store because they're always very old.I walked into the store and they told me it would be at least 20-25 minutes for chicken breast. This is Sunday 9/28/25. On Wednesday four days ago they told me it would be 20-25 for chicken breast and 15 minutes for fries. Obviously I left because no one wants to wait 30 minutes for fries and chicken when I can go right down the street at Popeyes and get what I want at the drive-through window in five minutes. I don't know what is going on with Royal Farms but it seems like every store you go into has no fries and no chicken. They had small fries for one dollar the last three or four weeks but every time I ask for the small fries they told me it was gonna be 15 minutes before I could get the fries because they don't have any. I live in Baltimore county and I work in Howard . I go to Baltimore city regularly to visit a friend of mine and it seems like every royal farm store. I go to doesn't have any fries that are fresh!! They don't have any chicken breast at all, fresh or old. They say that their food is real fresh real fast, but it's not fresh at it's not fast at all. So I suggest going to Popeyes, KFC or McDonald's because Royal Farms is it's all talk and no action!

The manager on duty, who was standing there doing paperwork, acted like he was doing me a favor not charging me for the sliders when they didn't have pickle... "that's OK she hasn't made it yet so don't charge him". I handed the cashier a $20 bill for the lottery ticket. He walked over to the machine and printed the ticket, put my $20 on edge between the closest register to the lottery machine and some boxes of merchandise, went to his register and opened it, fiddled with change for a second, closed it and handed me my lottery ticket but no change. When I pointed that out he fiddled with his till again and shrugged his shoulders. I pointed to the other register, the cashier retrieved my $20 and gave me my change. The manager was watching as the incident unfolded but did not intercede. I go to Royal Farms, although not this one, frequently as I make deliveries around the city ... most have good customer service although they do seem to be lowering their standards. This is one of the really bad ones; dingy, small with a very few choices and very poor customer service.

The guys who run this place really keep it clean, well lit and stocked. This is the best one I have seen so far. 9) The most important thing - Friendly service. Once I paid and finished the drive through wash I pulled around for the exterior interior portion. Initially the guys began walking up to start and then a guy that stated he was the manager came over and stopped them. He said they were no longer cleaning the inside of cars because they did not have enough people to do so. I looked around at about 6-8 guys standing around waiting to work on my car. The manager asked if anybody told me about them not doing anymore interior cleaning. I said no, in fact if they did I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to pay for one. Right? I then asked who I could talk to inside to discuss a a refund/ adjustment on the $36 I had just paid for exterior interior. He said I'm the manager, and I so I asked him about the refund. He then says well wait we can do one more, and yells to the guys to start working on my car. They did a great job. However, the encounter overshadowed the experience. Especially because they close at 6:30pm and I was there at 4:30pm. This doesn't seem like a professional establishment.

I pulled in, and almost right away noticed the long line. I didn't have time to wait in a line that long, but they have barriers up so you can't get out. I did the option where you call and they call you back and hold your place in line- an hour later and still no phone call. So, I sat stuck there for over 30 minutes, just waiting to get to the point of the car wash so that I could escape. I figured I could at least go over to the vacuum cleaners that I've seen at every other Flagship- nope. They don't have those there. So 30 minutes wasted, just to sit in a line that I was trapped in. I love the Flagship on Padonia Rd and would recommend them any time (in fact I'm going to go write my review for them next), but I will never go back to this location. 0 stars, would not recommend.
