She ended up showing me every piece that caught my eye (at least a dozen) and quickly assessed my preferences. She then made suggestions and I ended up purchasing a beautiful ring from their Kabana collection. Ua never pushed or pressured me and when I asked her for a few minutes to think about my possible purchase, she smiled and said, "Of course, you need to be sure." When I returned and told her I wanted to make the purchase, she again explained everything about the piece to me to make sure I knew what I was purchasing. I am a kama'aina who will be returning again and again. I also am now going to be a loyal customer of Ua's. I hope the corporate folks read this review and recognize her in some way.

It was my favorite ring and brought so many wonderful memories....the flower had broken off and I have been trying to find a replacement. So I came here and I actually found a few rings similar to it. I narrowed down a few rings and ended up with this gorgeous wave ring with diamonds and a blue diamond in the middle. It was more than what I was looking to spend, but I couldn't put it down. It's stunning. All their diamonds are mined, each one unique as the next and this is a piece that I will be able to pass down. The staff were quite amazing and didn't push me at all. In fact they made it so comfortable and enjoyable! I had a lot of fun trying on all the different rings and styles. The gentleman that worked there was so patient with me. He let me go check out the rings outside in natural light. So although it was quite a bit more than what I wanted to spend, it is timeless, unique and one of a kind (there wasn't another one there). Thank you all for making this such a great experience. Now I have another reason to come back to this beautiful island.

That being said, their designs are pretty, though also quite pricey. My wife came to repair two items. One ring that was damaged about two years ago , and the second item is my mom's necklace . Was damaged many years ago. My mom bought it 25 years ago, and they honored the repair. We did have to pay for shipping, since it'll take awhile to fix them. Can't do them on site. No worries, reasonable. Also my wife bought a new silver necklace that day. Very nice, but it was extremely difficult to open and close the clasp ! So after one day, she decided to return it. I went back the next day (initially I only saw two white ladies that were working , not the lady (she was Filipino ) that helped us out. I didn't get good vibes when I can in , Alas the lady from yesterday turned around and happily assisted with a smile. She accepted the return without complaint or pressure to buy something else. Solid service!

Kona is an extremely special place for my family…read more I've grown up coming to Hawai'i, most often to Kona. In 2020 my now husband, Ward, and I came here with my parents right before Covid hit. I fell in love with a ring and my dad and Ward ended up going back to the jewelry shop without me knowing and purchased that ring (#mauidiversjewelry) which means "new beginnings". A few months later we got engaged, and then we got married by my father on our property on my parent's wedding anniversary (September 6th). My dad was my best friend, my husband's mentor, and an amazing husband. We lost him suddenly and unexpectedly in September of this last year and I've been trying to put one foot in front of the other since. I never got a wedding band as it wasn't something I felt I needed as I adore my wedding ring. But here we are five years later in Kona, this time without my dad, but I do feel him everywhere, and we went into the very same jewelry shop only for my husband to surprise me with telling me we're getting me my wedding band. The women at the store were just as amazing as we remembered, gifting us a pearl as well and talking to us about the meaning of both of my rings. I'm so loved and so grateful. While my dad isn't here with us, I know he's so proud of how Ward is taking care of his "little girl". I've cried a lot on this trip, both sad and happy tears, but I am so thankful I feel my dad's presence here so strongly on the island. On Monday, my siblings, mom, the grandkids, and our partners will be releasing my dad's ashes into the ocean off a beach he loved so much here. This ring and this shop is so much more to me than just jewelry. I'll say it again, but how lucky am I to miss a love like my dad's... And how lucky I am to have someone like Ward caring for me. Aloha my friends. Please do spend your time (and money) at this location. The store manager and her staff could not be a more magical team.

That's when I visited Tiffany & Co here. I was just looking around and were greeted by the sweetest workers who didn't care if I was there to buy jewelry or not. Usually, I would get a greeting and that's about it. They would go back to chit chatting with each other. But not here! Everyone was so welcoming. We were helped by Mika. She showed us some watches and since I was there, I asked if I can get my rings cleaned. While waiting for rings to be cleaned, a couple more employees asked if we needed any help or wanted anything to drink. We politely declined, but the manager, Hassan took it upon himself and us some drinks in a Tiffany bag (one water bottle and one sparkling water) and said it's a hot day... we may need it later. He also gave us some cookies that are popular on the big island. A small gesture like that goes a long way and we were just so appreciative. Overall, such friendly staff that seems to work together as a team. No one cared if I was already being helped by someone else, they will do whatever to make you feel comfortable and do not need anything else. Seems like the manager is leading by example himself, which is why he such wonderful employees. I would definitely come back. Overall, I definitely recommend this Tiffany & Co if you're in the area and are looking to buy jewelry.

So to commemorate our trip to the Islands and do some way early Christmas shopping, I decided to get one for my wife. Leaving my wife shopping in Crazy Shirts across the way, I sneak over to Dolphin and ask about the charms. The nice sales ladies said I can buy one of the pre-made ones or customize my own, which is a great idea. I chose a bunch of sterling silver pineapples, sea turtles, plumeria, hibiscus, swirly glass beads and before I knew it, I spent a bundle. The bracelet is beautiful and is well worth it though. Completing my surrepticious purchase, I sneak back into Crazy Shirts with no one the wiser. Heh heh. (This review has been sitting in my bucket for the last 5 months after coming back from Hawaii. Jo found the perfect piece... It's a charm in the shape of a Maile leaf... The Maile leaf represents Aloha (love) Ho'ohanohano (Honor) and Mahalo (respect) It's a beautiful charm with a Mother of Pearl inlay and Koa wood ( Koa wood represents strength and resilience) It was like this charm was hand made for me...
