On the other hand, if you know what you're doing, you can do your own thing. Is a very light and modern looking place, with equipment on two levels. Its always clean, the atmosphere is always lively and friendly, and the staff are accessable and happy to assist with anything. Containing all the equipment you'd expect to find in such a place - treadmills, rowers, bikes etc, as well as free weights and weigh machines, an exercise area, and so on. Changing rooms are clean and well maintained, the reception area sells a variety of health drinks and is comfortable. Prices are reasonable, both for annual and monthly membership schemes, provided you get a bit of use out of a gym, and there are a range of price plans to choose from depending on what you're looking to get out of the experience and the times of day you're able to visit.
