The owner, David, is unethical and refused to provide a vehicle I agreed to purchase from him on eBay. He listed Escrow.com as an accepted payment form, but when he was instructed to ship the car by Escrow.com after they confirmed the funds were secured he actually claimed not to understand what escrow is despite that being in HIS LISTING as a form of payment. He is either so incompetent that he doesn't know how escrow works for large purchases or he chose not to fulfill his obligation. Either way, why would anyone do business with this person? read more

We rented three completely different cars for my daughter's wedding. First, we rented a party bus to transport the entire bridal party to their hotels after the dinner rehearsal. This gave the bridal party the opportunity to dance and continue the fun they began during the rehearsal. It was lit up and had a great sound system. There were over 20 people in the bridal party and all of the groomsmen were college football players and their was plenty of room for everyone. The next morning we had a white stretch Hummer Limo pick up the bridesmaid in the morning and then the driver waited until the afternoon to go pick up the groomsmen and bring them to the venue. It was an impressive site to see that car pull up and everyone unload. It made it extra exciting other than to see everyone pull up in individual cars. Finally, for the wedding we had Royal Limo's 1956 S1 Bentley parked outside the venue. The venue was The Van Landingham Estate which is a historic home built in 1913. Having the Bentley parked outside from the beginning to then end of the wedding help produce the big band/swing style wedding we were going for. The finally pictures of the wedding were outstanding as the bride and groom walked through a tunnel of long sparklers and got into the Bentley. The Bentley driver called the day before to ask if there were any stops for photo opps that we wanted before taking them to the Dunhill hotel. Each driver called ahead to introduce themselves and ask questions to make sure every detail was covered. They were timely, dress EXTRA nice and were as friendly as they could be not to mention the cars were clean stunning! These transports set each different part of the wedding to the perfect vibe as each one was completely different. There is no doubt I will be using Royal Limo again. David was GREAT! read more

I paid for Royal Limousine to whisk the Groom and I away at the end of the night. I made him aware that the Groom didn't know and I wanted to surprise him. He pulled up with his own date or whatever sitting in the front seat. I even had to ask her to pull her seat forward so I can get in! The lady named "Linda" is even in my pics and videos and people are asking me , who is she ????. I stopped posting pics because it's embarrassing. Instead of feeling like we were being Chauffeured, we felt like we were catching a ride or on a double date. To make matters worse, I didn't even fuss that night. I didn't want to ruin our moment. Nice pictures of the Limousines offered. But upon closer inspection, the outside of vehicles are rusted. Missing or broken parts. Ripped vinyl tops covered with duct tape. On the insides the seats are ripped and repaired again with duct tape. Instrument panels are faulty and/or do not function. Missing AC/ heating vent covers. Stereo buttons broken and/or missing. Floor lights cracked. Dirty carpeting. Not well maintained at all. The vehicles suffer due to not being housed inside of building but left out in the elements warranting weather conditions. Do your research and ask to inspect limousines before spending a lot of money that you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere. read more

Get all details about your day, and have him sign a contract saying he will deliver all he says or you will end up out of luck and angry. This couldn't have been worse. I didn't look into this guy before using them. I feel very stupid for getting scammed by this guy. The Ac didn't work.. he said "I think a fuse JUST blew". From reading other reviews it looks like it hasn't worked for over two years. Not sure how you sleep at night knowing your ruining people's special day or trip. Arriving to your destination dripping sweat will do just that. This limo is registered in South Carolina where they do not perform safety inspections on vehicles and this one shows it. Very poorly maintained. So when traveling 80mph according to my ways app had our guest scared we had to ask him to slow down. Run for the hills please. This is not safe and definitely not comfortable, unless you like hot sauna on wheels at 80 mph. read more

BUYER BEWARE--Our experience was less than stellar: the car was older, in terrible shape and the A/C was broken. I was told that there would be plenty of room in the trunk for coolers for drinks and food and this definitely was not the case. My error was in not doing my homework and relying on a verbal recommendation from another limo service that I had a prior great experience with. Our driver was polite and did his job but the equipment was horrible. He knew what was happening with the A/C and made it seem as though the problem just happened that day. Not the case! On a hot summer day with 12 persons in the limo, the lack of A/C was a health safety issue as there was NO air ventilation possible in the passenger area of the car. I would not use this company again. We were supposed to get a Range Rover limo to go see Christmas Lights. An older Hummer Limo showed up that had ripped seats, leaky roof and TV monitors that didn't work. We had some very disappointed kids and it was overall a disappointing experience. Booked a stretch Range Rover for a special birthday event and the kids loved it!!! Some of the other parents plan to do the same thing for their events as it was such a unique experience. Our driver was super professional: he confirmed a week ahead and made special arrangements for drinks the kids would like in the vehicle, then texted when he was on the way. Made extra stops as needed and was very polite. The kids loved the overhead lights and sound system in the limo. the parents enjoyed it as well. The car itself was super long and got a lot of attention at the pickup and drop off points and on the road. We reserved a limousine from Royal Limousine Service and was promised a brand new H3 Hummer would be picking us up. What actually arrived was an old Cadillac Escalade limo. When we all got in the car we were informed by the driver that the air conditioner was not working and it was a hundred degrees outside. He offered to roll down the windows and that was the best he could do. We had no choice but to use the service as we had set a reservation for all 10 of us at a fine restaurant. We were at the restaurant for 2 hours and when we left we were once again informed by the driver that the air conditioner was still not working and they had no other cars available. The next day I tried to reach the service multiple times through phone calls and emails and no one would return my calls or emails. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

I am not sure if the business has come under new ownership since the not-so-stellar reviews were written, but I wanted to share my recent positive experience. After reaching out to the company via their website about transportation for my wedding, I received a prompt response from David. He suggested their stretch range rover for the amount of people in our group, which I was pretty excited about. They do have a wide range of vehicles to choose from. David was very polite, easy to work with, and put my mind at ease by calling me a few days prior to our wedding to confirm the car, timing, and pick-up/drop-off locations. Our driver was very polite and professional and maneuvered the LARGE vehicle impressively. The only downside to the experience was our group was pretty tight in the car and the A/C didn't cool properly. I should mention it was 95 degrees on our wedding day and with that many hot people in a tight space would probably make the A/C in any large car like that run overtime. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd recommend them for any transportation needs. read more

Was provided a quote and made a down payment. I was informed that the balance was not due until the day of the event (my wedding). My card was charged the Monday prior without any notice that they were processing a payment. I had to ask for a refund as another form of payment was going to be used. On the day of, the limo driver arrived late to the first pick up (approx 15 minutes). The limo was a wreck, there was debris on the floor and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. I was scared to bring my white wedding dress in the limo but at this point we needed to get going. After the end of the night the limo driver picked us up and made the final drop off within the agreed upon time limit. After returning from my honeymoon I found that they had charged my card another $75 without my approval or informing me. I had to call multiple times and then they claimed that the limo driver dropped us off over an hour after they were supposed to which is a complete lie. I have phone records made to the drive and right before drop off that prove this was not the case but they took the side of their limo driver for what I know could have taken a joy ride after and attempted to make up for that by forging their logs. Unprofessional the entire time and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. read more

This company ruined my son's Senior prom! I booked a white 10 passenger Lincoln MONTHS in advance and was told by David that this would be elegant transportation for 8 seniors to their prom. On the day of the event, I received a call that the car had mechanical problems and they had found me a party bus with wrap around seating and track lighting and this was considered an "upgrade". Having no alternatives at this late time, I trusted that David had seen the vehicle and was taking care of us. I was very wrong. Not only had he never seen it, he had gotten it from a different company! What showed up wasn't even slightly comparable. It was old, in terrible condition with burnt out lights, rotten wood and crappy seating. It was not even close to the elegant transportation these kids thought they were paying for. If I could give less than one star, I would. The owner, David, is a liar. We were foolish and should of done way more research on this company. We were supposed to get a Bentley for our wedding, and at 10:30 when our exit was scheduled, the driver was lost and 10 minutes away. All of our guest left before my husband and I did. It was past 11:00 before the driver, who was in an arm cast and sling, even showed up. The company got very specific directions to the venue and none of our other vendors had any problems getting there. Not only that, the car that showed up was not a Bentley. It was a Jaguar. David said earlier in the week the Bentley was in the shop but it should be out by Thursday, no problems. If it wasn't out, the professional thing to do would be to call the customer on Friday and let them know the vehicle to expect. He didn't do that. So we paid him 700 dollars for him to be in the right vehicle, at the right place, at the right time and he did none of that. It's embarrassing when we had to do our exit with no vehicle and just have the photographer stage it because of this company's incompetency. To make matters worse, David is doing nothing to try to fix or make up for his mistakes and he just ignores our calls or hangs up on us. Our credit card company has been better about it than he has. There's no excuse for the driver showing up at the wrong place and time. All the details were confirmed and he had all the resources given to him. All I have to say is do your research and pay attention to their reviews. They also have 3 different Facebook pages with the same phone number on each page as well has 2 yelp pages. DONT EVEN BOTHER!! I've never been treated worse! We hired them for our wedding day. My wedding coordinator and I both confirmed the exact time multiple times the week leading up. We hired them for 4:45pm. At 5:15 they still weren't there so I called to see what was going on. The driver said that he thought the pickup was 5:45... but he was at least another hour away (so ETA 6:15, still 30 minutes from when he thought pickup was). We spent a fortune on last minute limos and their mistake messed up all our arrangements to take pictures before the wedding. I called the owner David, he apologized and said to call me when I got back from our honeymoon for a refund. I called him when I returned expecting a refund. He wrote my some ridiculous email saying that he believed his driver more than me so there would be no refund. His "story" was so contradicting and his timeline of events made no sense whatsoever. (I'm sorry but I would NEVER hire a limo service IN THE MIDDLE OF MY WEDDING CEREMONY!!). He won't return my phone calls or emails. The last time we talked he told me to go ahead and dispute the charge with my credit card, it wasn't his problem. I can't believe how unprofessional these guys were. Our whole experience ended up being not so great. First our driver got lost, then he had a fender bender, made us over an hour late for our reservations. The a/c did not work properly, so we were roasting all the way to and from our destination. The driver said it was as cold as it goes. Obviously needs servicing. My hubby initially requested a town car, but he was upgraded to a Limo, which would've been ok if there would've been air, and maybe even some cold water to drink but we would've been perfectly happy with a town car. The Escalade was in horrible shape inside. the tint is peeling off the windows, the driver's side door gasket is completely gone, so you can see outside through the door. The window didn't work on that side either. We were going out for a very special 32nd anniversary dinner celebration and were sweaty when we arrived at the restaurant. The interior hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. There were tiny booze bottles laying up on the edge of the seat there was stuff all over the carpet. The driver was very nice though. That's about all the nice things I can say. The experience really messed up the special night my husband planned for us. We won't be doing this again. read more
