I had an amazing massage by Judy, she hit all the right spots . She was able to provide the right amount of pressure I needed and work extra on the areas that needed it. She made sure I'm alright and able to adjust to my specifications as needed. The check in process and very quick and everybody was friendly . I was a walk in client and I got seen right away. I also like having the individual rooms for added privacy . The only thing I think would be greater is if the toilet have a basket containers for all the used towels instead of having it in the counter. ( that's why I took a star out ). I believe my masseuse his name was Lulu and she was amazing. She said that she will give me medium, she's very concerned if or not she was being too rough and would ask me. She got all of the knots out of my back, stretched my whole body and I left feeling pain free. You need to be comfortable with your own body and be able to relax and trust the professional. If you are bashful or hesitant about someone using their whole body and strength to massage you it may not be the place for you yet. I decided to give my wife and mother a gift for mothers day and bought them a gift card from this place. It was 1 full body massage each (deep tissue) for each of them ($140). I came in to Royal day Spa a few days earlier and paid for the gift card, and told the front desk lady that It was meant as a surprise for my wife and mom. I expressly told them it was a gift for them for mothers day. ON mothers day weekend, I gave my wife the gift card and arranged for a driver to drop them off. She presented it to the front desk lady and both went in for their massages which was supposed to last 1 hour. My wife said the massage barely lasted 45 minutes, in addition, while they were leaving, the therapist asked them for more money which was never discussed when I purchased the gift card from THEM. They said it was supposed to be for the tip. How do you pay for something on a gift card and get asked for a tip???? This was a mothers day surprise for them, and they were not supposed to pay anything as I had already taken care of it by buying the gift card. My wife and mom were basically verbally harassed for this tip until my wife called me on the phone. I was very embarrassed by it as I felt that they ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant experience for my mom and wife for mothers day by haggling over something which was never mentioned in the first place. I would advise readers of this review to go elsewhere. There are too many great massage spots in the DFW metroplex to subject yourself to embarrassing treatment. Stay away from this place...I wish I paid attention to the reviews before I used them. read more

2/18/19 walked in without appointment and noticed 90 min massage prices are up to $100 (from $90). Message therapist communication was awkward. Spoke nearly no English. Went in for massage and notice dirty sheet on the table along with pubic hairs everywhere. When I asked for a clean sheet the lady got mad. She put a clean towel over the other dirty towels on the table. I asked that ALL the linens be replaced and she just stared at me in anger. Not feeling welcome I told her I would find another place to go. She responded OK OK OK OK! This place was wonderful with great therapists but something has changed. I received a massage from Wendy. I wasn't asked if pressure was ok, when I mentioned I would like to have a bit more pressure, she then said I can pay 10.00 more for deep tissue? Did I mention deep tissue?? No... She basically just lightly rubbed my body, and I would not call it a 4 or 5 star massage. Not sure if hot stones were extra, but I wasn't offered the hot stone treatment with my session. This is usually included with other massage parlors I have been to, and its not extra. I will give credit that she was using an all natural herb massage oil with Ginger, and some other herbs, which was cool, and the place is nice. There is a 50.00 1 hour massage special going on now.
