I've been to this location several times but yesterday will be last time. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 and we didn't get started until 4:38 which is not a problem. I understand running behind. What I do mind is my massage being interrupted due to phone calls & walk in customers. & the time that the massage therapist was away wasn't added back in to my massage. This isn't the first time that my massage was interrupted, the last time was due to phone calls. I came back as they do a good job other than the interruptions but I won't be back again. My advice would be to only allow appointments and/or have a receptionist at the front that can assist with appointment scheduling. Oh & there is a service fee for using cards. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in because I had a pinched nerve and could barely turn my neck and even wrote that when I booked the appt. I was originally scheduled for a 90 min deep tissue and within 10 minutes of that massage I switched it to 60 minutes. I couldn't wait to get out of there. She rushed and was using such quick and fast movements that I got extremely nauseous and that has never happened before in a massage and I've had my fair share of them. I kept having to take deep breaths and try and calm myself down. I don't understand how anyone could think that fast movements is going to actually do anything let alone relax someone. Really clean place-- they did a temperature check at the door too... that put me at ease. This place is close to my home so when I want a quick foot massage I go. Today I wanted full body. Making an appointment was easy. 90 minute full body massage at 10 AM. My masseuse, Lauren was ready when I arrived and she asked me about any problem areas, and began. She checked in several times about pressure, etc. she didn't talk too much but was gracious when I talked to her. Her massage was very therapeutic and worked out many of my problem areas at the same time relaxing. A great balance! I HIGHLY recommend Lauren and will continue to specifically request Lauren. I'm an old pro at massages. I get them twice weekly for major neck and back issues, I get massages so I can sit upright. It never fails, the service goes downhill or the massages get weaker. So... This place was new to me and right down the street, so I gave it a try. My first massage here was really good, my second was phenomenal, best massage I've ever had. Same person, difference was in what they told me. You do have to communicate. When they ask "pain", they're asking if they are hitting a trigger point. Anyone who has constant pain will know what I mean by that. So after that, I said pain when she got my trigger points, and she managed to get me to where I am out of pain which never happens. So I'm ecstatic! I would stress that no two massage people are exactly the same. I've had hundreds. Communicate what issues you're having if any, and tell them when they hit your very painful areas.
