Not only did he perfect the designs he even tried to color match. He took his time to make sure every detail was top notch. I appreciate his patience with me and my indecisive mind.... I did end up waiting a while due to there only being 2 people working in the shop and me being a walk-in, but they were so friendly and apologetic I honestly didn't even mind waiting. They took their time on the clients they had but also worked efficiently, which I would have wanted if it had been me. And they didn't turn me away even though they had to stay open almost an hour later than their posted hours to complete my manicure. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and even gave me some advice on nail care. My nails turned out great. Also I was happy to see that they allow you to add a tip on your card, unlike most other nail salons that require a cash tip. My new nail spot!

When I entered, I was greeted by a very friendly woman, the place is small and clean, nothing fancy. I asked for a pedicure, with really hot water. She ran the water it was excellent , her husband gave me the pedicure and massage, he did a great job. Didnt cut my nails to short, did an excellent job with the painting of my nails. And we had very nice conversation. When I finished my pedicure I asked if they had time to redo my gel nails. Sure no problem, again the gentleman did a great job and was super nice. So as long as I am in town this is going to be my place, and taking my husband with me next time. If you live here you should be patronizing this business.

I called last minute for a Sat appointment and they accommodated my needs. When I went it was busy but they were efficiently keeping up with the appointments and the walk ins. This is important to me because I'm usually on a schedule. They're extremely thorough and their work is high quality. I typically get gel but went with a regular polish manicure one time and it lasted for a full week without chipping! The pedicures are relaxing and very well done. Even when they're busy they don't skip steps or rush through it. I'm always greeted politely right away. Their prices are super affordable. Unless you're a "frequent flyer" and getting the most expensive nail art acrylic/dips/gel....you will be put with the novice nail tech. Customers are prompted to wash their hands as soon as they step into the door (not a problem). The girl that greeted me directed me to the book with the nail color options. I just wanted a regular mani/ pedi; no gel or acrylic because I didn't want to ruin my natural nails. I was seated in a pedi chair and a different, younger girl took the stool to do my nails. After being seated, I should've known that the pedicure was going to be bad when the "host" had to inform the girl how to use the timer to keep track of how long she would be doing the work. My nails weren't really long but I wouldn't have mind if they were slightly shorter. After pushing the cuticles back and trimming, she attempted to cut my nails with the cuticle trimmer. I honestly think I was the first person this girl has ever given a pedicure to. I'm already half way into the pedicure, and the other workers are directing her where to get the hot towels, what lotion she needs to use, how to scoop out the sugar scrub, etc Fast forward to the polish; she proceeds to use the foam toe pads and applying the base coat BEFORE placing my flip flops back on. I stopped her when she got the colored polish and asked if she could place my flip flops on. She stopped, grabbed my flip flops but needed to get a towel to dry off my shoes because she got them wet from the pedicure hose getting them wet. ( I was unaware that my shoes were even wet until that point). After my toes were painted, I was directed to the manicure station. I informed her I'm just getting a pedicure and would like to pay. The main lady came and apologized and stated that she would have someone else do my nails. No! I expected my nails to be done correctly the first time by a person who knows how to do nails. Definitely hard to find a consistently good nail salon.

I've always been a last minute client. As I couldn't get in at my normal salon I remembered T Nails. I walked in and was taken immediately. I was there for a pedicure. A young girl did my pedi. I noticed right away that they didn't operate the same as my usual salon. They didn't place a plastic cover in the sink and their tools weren't inside plastic bags. I asked and the young girl didn't understand English. The lady from the manicure station came down to talk to me. She assured me that everything was sterilized. I should've just left but I had an event and needed a pedicure. I ended up with a toenail fungus! 4 nails on one foot, 3 on the other. My doctor prescribed a topical medication that I put on every night and she said it would take at least a year to get rid of.
