I called the salon at 9AM on a Saturday morning to see if they could fit me in and I had beautiful nails by 10! Tom did an acrylic fill with gel polish and he was incredibly kind and gentle with my nails. He asked several times if the nail drill was hurting me, if I liked the shape, the color, etc. It was truly a great experience!!

I made an appointment was told $35 for a pedicure. It wasn't even a great pedicure, but they didn't tell me that the gel polish would make it a $70 pedicure never in my life have I spent $70 for a pedicure will never go there again read more

Absolutely love this salon, they're extremely clean, friendly, and talented. I have tried numerous salons in Lancaster county for years trying to find a salon to do my nails the way I wanted. I love going to Radiance, both owners are very caring professionals! The price is reasonable for a dip manicure with gel coating and I always give them a big tip! My manicure lasts for weeks and I go back when the nails start to grow out a lot. read more

Customer service sucks. Not too mention the theme he wanted to do on my finger. Horrible! When I told him I didnt like it. He gave me a hard time fixing it. And the gel on my finger is about to come off (after getting them done yesterday) and I really don't wanna step foot in the salon for him to fix it and give me attitude. It's a shame. read more
