This place is so nice. My wife and I are from the Inland Empire and we come to Yuma to visit family and every time we come, we always make an appt to get our pedicures. They do such an amazing job. Every time my parents come, my mom and 72 year old dad make their appts too and my dad is stubborn AF. That's how great of a job they do. The water is always a little hot at first, but I think that's every salon haha. They take really good care of you and take their time. They make sure to get all the gunk out and make your feet look great. Rose is usually our go-to but literally everyone else does a good job. read more

I was charged $80 dollars for nails that look two weeks grown out and for a design that my 9 year old son could have done a better job at. Since when has there been a charge for a simple shape? I'm going back today so they can fix it and I really hope they have sanitized and take their service seriously. It was the most rushed nail service I have ever had but the worst part was how he wiped my hands with a hand towel that looked so old and grimy as if it hasn't been washed in years. I felt like they saw me and said cash cow and more cash if she has to fill them two weeks sooner as well and disregarded me as a human being who can't afford or deserve to be taken advantage of. read more

I am in town visiting and needed a pedicure. This nail salon is near where I am staying and I am glad I went . The staff were nice and this place is SUPER clean. I just got my feet cleaned, regular painted nails and they also give nice massages with hot stones. The price is reasonable for the work they do. I will be coming back when I am in town. read more

If I could give it -2 stars I would. On their website it shows that they can do 3d flower, so I asked them and they said they couldn't. I got a short almond shape with French tip and a little flower on my ring finger and it cost $88. NOT worth it! Do Not Go Here! And the guy who was doing my nails cut my skin and it bled. read more

The place has such a warm and welcoming vibe, super clean too! Looks like a team of four runs it, and they're all really friendly and cheerful. We will be in Yuma a few months and since it's almost always sandal weather here we needed pedicures. Convinced my husband to do one too! They did a great job getting calluses off of his feet and they did a great job with my massage and paint. I recommend for the expertise, cleanliness, and relaxing ambiance. Used to love coming to this place and would drive the extra miles just to come here as I don't live close to this salon but i didn't have good experience the past couple times I've been here but today was what made me not want to return. My husband and I went in for a pedicure he wanted basic I got deluxe the lady insisted he get a deluxe too bc basic was short he said he was fine w basic. The lady doing my husband's nails went to grab her products and when she returned the one doing my pedicure was talking to her in her language I assume she told her he was also getting a deluxe too which that's not what He had asked for. Also I had picked a color and mentioned I wanted regular polish mind you that's what I had before and wo even asking this lady puts on gel and sets the lamp I said to her I wanted regular polish . So she immediately takes it off rubs off what she can from the gel and proceeds to put the color. The next day I noticed the paint had chipped off I went back to have it fixed which they did but they were so rude about it speaking in their language three girls came over to look ..what for idk ...one of them comes with an attitude mind u she had a customer seated and takes the chair away from the lady that had started my nail and she starts painting my nails and i noticed she grabbed the gel I said I have regular polish she ignored me so she proceeded to paint with the gel after the other lady had prepped w a base coat. I asked her again is this gel and she ignored me again until the lady who started my nail jokingly tells her that's gel ,she wipes everything and I tell her hey you wiped off the base she answers rudely that's dry it doesn't matter you're getting color over . Also she was very rude to the older lady who had initially started my pedi she was trying to put the fan and the younger girl pushed her hand away several times . The rude lady paints my toes and leaves the lady who started my nails to clean up the smears from the polish and accidentally smears my nail I know she saw bc she looked down at the nail and up to see if I had seen it, at this point I just wanted to leave I was irritated by their nasty attitude if they would of done their job right I wouldn't have to be there wasting my time if they have a problem fixing mistakes like this . If I pay over $100 for service I expect to get what I pay for on top of that I still tipped for courtesy. This was supposed to be a time for relaxation that turned into a headache definitely do not recommend and will not be returning. read more
