I had 2 services , a spa pedicure which was quoted as $55 with a French tip. I had a set of gel nails with one color and a very very small dab of sliver glitter polish on tip. Nails are not on straight and when I mentioned was told my fingers are not straight. I almost peed myself exactly like the Tik Tok video must be common response. Isaid my fingers most certainly are straight the nails are not. I did get him to fix one. The shape is not the same on any nail. I asked for almond and they are more pointy. I said almond please he did nothing. The total cost $155 not including tip. My daughter had same service cost $130. The pedicure was good. Christine was great. Nail disappointed greatly. Worst nail salon I have ever been in. I have gone twice and both times I regret it. She cut my cuticles and then proceeded to say that I was being dramatic when I asked her to be careful. They don't listen to what you want they just proceed to do whatever. After telling them again and again they do what they want to do not what you want and the prices are insane. 40 dollars to clean up toes with no color is insane. They are UNSANITARY. They reuse files on toes which is nasty. You never know what the last person had on their feet. They were trying to use a visibly dirty towel.DON'T GO THERE!! read more

I'd give this place 0 stars if possible. I got powder dip manicure that didn't even last a week! The first nail started to chip after 2 days and the polish was starting to peel on another nail. I went back they fixed the chipped nail. The peeling nail they glued. By Saturday the nail they fixed had chipped again and another nail peeled off completely. I managed to peel the rest of the nails off the next day, including the 2 that had tips on them, with no damage done to my natural nails. I definitely won't b returning there. read more

Unless you get peter or Queenie don't waste your money. I was a walk in because my phone was dead and I couldn't call ahead. I was directed to wait for someone and I of course told her take her time and I apologized for not calling ahead for an appointment. I sat by her station and she kept trying to peek at my nails. She said "regular manicure" and I explained I wanted acrylic. She was annoyed with that to begin with because they were Busy. I even offered to come back if I was an inconvenience and she didn't answer. I was rushed through and she was so rough with cutting my cuticles and sanding that they're still peeling and look awful today (9 days later). I asked for a mickey silhouette and drew it for her, and the picture is what I got. I'm no artist by any means but the appearance is awful. Then, 2 popped off only 3 days later and 2 more feel loose. I paid 33 and tipped her 20 even though I felt rushed. I always tip well, can't help it. But once they were dry and I got a look at them I was far from satisfied. read more

This place is local and super friendly. They're clean, efficient & always do a fantastic job. They take appointments and walk ins. They're creative and offer a variety of services for a competitive price. I went earlier today (noon) and was in and out in about 45 minutes. I had a gel removal & full gel set done. They look fantastic. I'm so in love with my nails! I would definitely recommend. I believe the woman who did my nails was Cindy. She was super sweet and attentive. Will be back soon! read more

Don't waste time and money. Horrible work. I went over there today June 25th, 2018. These nails all bumpy not even file correctly i don't know what kind of square nails are these. Just horrible. If they look good to you in the pictures is because I removed all the acrylic they left on my fingers. All messy. Bumpy. On top of that expensive. If he was waiting for a Tip from me. Keep dreaming. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL. I went there once to get my nails done and the OWNER [KENNy] WAS PICKING UP CALLS WHILE SHAPING MY NAILS. Not even paying attention to how I actually wanted them. Or even apologizing for interrupting the process of doing my nails. I was not happy with how they came out so he had one of his employees take over over to redo them (HENRY) he was very nice and was trying to cheer me up. They came out okay .Now I came back cus it close to home and I got my nails done again . This time by a lady who sits at TABLE 2 . I WENT EARLY AT 830 am and waited for another lady to come at 9 to get my nails done. I didn't mind. SHE WAS SUCH IN RUSH AND IT WASNT EVEN BUSY. My nails were all different widths and Shapes and some crooked and there was paint on my skin around the nails . And some spots missing . I can't even with this . I told them . They didn't even say sorry I'm fact they were MAD AT ME . The lady who did my nails was looking at me up and down talking to the other lady's. SO RUDE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER WORK OR CUSTOMERS . All they want is money . Only good one is Charlie . They should all take lessons from him. Horrible! They are so rude here, try to upsell you on everything, and aren't even really that good. I had an appointment for a pedicure. As I was getting it done they man working on me asked me if I wanted my nails done too. I said no, that I just wanted the pedicure. So he told me my nails looked horrible like a child had painted them. I told him he was incredibly rude. After that he rushed through the rest of my pedicure and I was finished before others who got started after me. I WILL NOT go here again. If I were you, I would choose a different place - even if it is more expensive! I am willing to pay for kindness and a good experience! read more

Not usually one to write a bad review for a place but I was extremely disappointed with my last appointment here. Went in for an acrylic fill and got someone I have never seen before. I told him I wanted a cut down and he cut them down, but never asked me what shape I wanted, how short I wanted them, or if the shape/length was okay if he was done. They came out almost all different sizes but by the time I really realized how bad they were I was already out the door. Unfortunately I live in New York and was only in town for one day so I couldn't go back and complain or trust me I would have. Not only is the polish poorly done and the shape bad, he cut one of my fingers then put acrylic over it. Eventually the acrylic came off my finger and now it's an open cut on the side of my nail. I'm slightly worried it will get infected. I have been to this nail salon multiple times and have never had such a bad experience until now. Won't be back. read more

Nail places are limited in this area. There's one on the other side of town and in the mall but in my opinion this place is the best. They are always so friendly and nice. I went to Glamour in west Hazleton and it's not anywhere near as nice as this one, the bowls they use here are so clean. Everything is bright and fresh. I will agree that they upsell you on everything. I think it's part of the job tho. They want you to be aware of the services. It can be overwhelming but it's to be expected. You're coming to relax and they want to pamper you. There is a lot of sweet, silly, amazing people who work here so you have to be open minded. It's my favorite place I've been around here! read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! both times i went were horrendous!!!!! i get acrylics with gel. i went yesterday and let me just begin to say how terrible she proceeded with my nails. first after applying the nail and cutting to size she did not check to see if the nail size matched with the other hand. she didn't even ask what shape i wanted to just proceeded to file half fast. each nail shape is different. on some nails it looks like i need a fill cause she did not fill all the way up and i just got these done a day ago! there's bubbles in the polish. she did not file correctly cause the bottoms and sides are not smooth at all there are continuous bumps! you can tell some areas of the polish are lighter than others. each nail shape looks different at the bottom and there supposed to be a coffin looking shape. i can't even begin to express how the nails are to bumpy cause she did not file properly. i gave this salon more than one chance when i shouldn't have gone because every time i had a different person they all go half fast and do not take their time at all!!!!!! this is definitely the worst nail salon to go in the area. to have a different shape on each and every nail? i mean come on now!!!!! if i could give 0 stars i would read more

I got shellac put on, and I have never had my nails look so sloppy! The girl's name was Jen, she was rude and ignorant! She cut my nails crooked and I had more shellac under and on the sides of my nails then I did on my nails! My cuticles, and the top and sides of my nails are all cut up from very rough buffing. Very poor job! read more
