I first want to start by saying I did not buy my boat from Quality Boats, that was my first…read moremistake. I bought from another dealer and have nothing but trouble with warranty issues. Fast forward 7 months. I now store my boat at Quality in Englewood and they have been nothing but great. They are very responsive to your needs and if there are any issues they get right on it to make sure everything is taken care of. This is from the main office to all the folks in service and the guys loading and unloading the boats at the dock. Back to the warranty work from my original dealer. Quality boats (Eric) the service manager has worked it out to take care of my issues. Now after 7 months I will get the work done that should have been done. All of this will be warranty not costing me a thing. If they will do this for someone not buying from them think of what they will do if you buy at their lot. Next boat will be purchased from Quality and so glad I decided to store my boat with them. These guys and girls will have to kick me out because I am not going anywhere else! Sincerely Charles Green

Beautiful area. Marina is in a great location. That is the good. The bad? Very poor management…read more Docks are being worked on but mostly in bad shape. Zincs go twice as fast as normal. Electrical boxes literally falling down. Most have burnt connectors. Water had green algae coming out. Internet only works on the first section of dock and is unsecured. Pump out works sometimes and they hand you the hose. Diesel is cheap, gas is high. Cable T.V. does not work. The pool, bathrooms and laundry closes at 5 p.m. every day. If you still want to go I suggest you walk the docks and talk to the current live a boards and the employees of the boat club on site. Ask them what they think of management. Do yourself a favor and pass them by. 1/2 mile south is Palm Harbour. Go there. They have great facilities and the staff is very helpful and very friendly.

It is always packed here and for good reason. Try the seafood chowder and a cold margarita. There is ample dock space during the week but it fills up fast on weekends. Joe is seeking permits to expand the tiki bar dockage and he is ready to go when the permits are granted. Meanwhile, he has hired a dockmaster who works for tips and he is doing a great job. In fact, the entire staff is wonderful.

These guys also only took 30mins unlike what fort Myers quoted me (1-2 hrs). Shawn/sean in labor/part is super helpful and is extremely knowledgeable about everything. I just came home from an incredible experience at S&N! I…read morehave a Sea Doo Fish Pro that is only two months old. It developed a problem with the waterproof phone storage compartment. It broke and would not close or open. Keep in mind that I did not buy this boat there because they did not have any at the time that I wanted one and they were pretty hard to get a few months ago. So I called them last Tuesday (Oct 12th 2021) and they told me no problem bring it in next Tuesday and they will get it fixed including parts if need and back to me by Friday. I was thrilled about such a short turn around time given the way things, service, and parts have been going lately. Well here is what happened today Oct 19th. I arrived and they knew I was coming from the appointed I had made. They told me to pull it into the yard. This where things went fantastically! I pulled in and met up with Sean (not sure how he spells it). Sean asked what was going on so I explained it to him. He came over to look at it and said to me "Oh yeah I know what this is". Immediately after looking at he instantly knew what was wrong!! He told me that it is missing a washer under the screw and that the factory used the wrong screw!!! He told me he would fix it for me right now!! He went to get a few tools and I'm serious, had my boat fixed in less that 10 minutes!! He said ok its all good you can take it. I was shocked. I expected it to be down for days. I ran into Steve I think his name is, who is the owner. I raved, rightfully so, about what Sean just did for me. When I asked if I need to do anything or show paper work or anything they said "no, it's all good you can take it" Look I know no place is perfect. Some places drop the ball now and then. But I will tell you one thing, I will never take my jet ski anywhere else for any service that it might need. These guys were fantastic! This is the way to handle a customer or to make more customers. Thank you so much guys for getting me fixed up so fast and for having a mechanic like Sean working for you. He is fantastic! I'll be seeing you for my 50 hour routine maintenance when it is due. Thanks to Steve too!

I give this place four stars just for the interesting atmosphere. There's geese, pigs, and…read more(probably) other farm animals. They also sell bait. Not sure about gas, but there is another "real" marina next door. I recommend just for the experience. Probably similar to when it opened around 100 years ago. They also seem to sell flowers and such, but much of the inventory is dead, or at least it was when we visited.
