Not a good experience. I'll leave at that for now. Well didn't have enough characters. They let my lawn go to hell without saying a word. Told me it was on my bill. Who reads that stuff. I had verbal contact every time with technician, all he ever said was, only water once a week. I only watered once a week. They have like a 3.8 on here but 4.9 on there website. I noticed my neighbors dumped them also. I gave them a 2 because the home pest was good. One other thing, I don't like to change vendors, I had Massie for 16 year and they were really bad the last 2. I haven't actually hired them yet but I plan to this spring because they came out to do a yard inspection and not only did they do it immediately, Mike was very thorough and informative and put my mind at ease for the next summer's yard and pest problems. If i could rate Royal Pest JAX negative, i would. Royal had our service for 6 straight years, in April 2021 i called out a manager to walk my yard, discussing how many weeds and how bad the yard was starting to look. I was patient and had the manager out 3x more times over 6 months , as the weeds continued to progress. In November 2021, the ops manager agreed my yard was bad, told me i might want to consider getting someone else to treat my yard. I requested they fix it, get my yard corrected and not charge me, as they strive for "100% Customer Satisfaction". I fired them and moved on, they did not address the situation and it worsened over the 6 months. I would never recommend their service, find someone else. read more

Very cordial and responsive group of people. I have them treating my lawn and it is responding well. I also hired them as the contractor for a sod job. They met all my requirements for the specific prep I wanted. The job was perfect when complete. Unfortunately, within 10 days the sod showed signs of contamination with other grasses. It was really bad! This was not the fault of Royal. It was the Sod Farm's fault! Royal dealt with the farm, which was a teeth pulling evolution, and got replacement sod delivered. They then arranged removal and re-install. I am pretty sure that Royal had to "eat" the labor. Anyway, good business, I recommend them. read more

I was very surprised at the response I got after reading other reviews. They have ruined my lawn and refused to repair it. The last time I called to say it had a fungus and another problem turning it brown their response was that it did not need anything. called another company that verified that the lawn was full of insects and I was also finding large patches of weeds, guess they forgot that treatment. I have been with Royal pest Control since January 2013. I have been very happy with them and when I had problem with fleas and webworms I called about my problems and they got right onto it. When it was time for my next spraying the tech wrote the webworms were under control and then took time to spray for chinch bugs and some weeds. I have been a loyal customer of Royal for over 9 years. With a couple of small glitches over the years, I have been satisfied -- until NOW. I have watched my lawn grow continuously weed filled and weak over the last few months. After speaking to my technician I discovered that he was not treating it with fertilizer or weed control, but only treating it for fleas!! He must have had "miscommunication" from the tech. he took over from. This had been going on for 5 months. Oh, and by the way, when we added on the flea treatment several years ago, my rate did not go up. I had been paying for nothing for 4-5 months! I gave the manager/owner a chance to rectify. After not returning my calls for a couple of days, he finally did. He would only agree to give me 2 months free. I settled for that and then they continued to charge me and would not return my calls. As the previous review states: all is good until you have to depend on them being professional business people. BEWARE read more
