The pasta I had last night rivaled any I've ever had (it was that good). However today we ordered a tossed salad (5.75) and a meal sized Caesar (14.25). The tossed salad was larger than my Caesar and my garlic bread was nothing more than burnt toast. The absolute BEST pizza in the Leduc/airport area! I had shied away from trying Royal over the years due to the price difference compared with some other local places. After two years of ordering from the Sparrow Drive location, I can tell you whole heartedly that they are better taste and value than most. It's the kind of pizza you lay in bed and think about. Not convinced? It's literally the only place you won't need to order extra cheese and they absolutely heap the toppings on. Careful though, it will be tough to order from anywhere else once you try them! Ask them to square cut it for you and you'll get perfect sized slices, especially for kids. One hour and 46 minutes. Thats how long it took to get my order. I work only 4 km away and yet there was confusion as to where to deliver my order. Now lets be clear.. it was a clear night , no snow or heavy traffic. I am not allowed to use my cell phone while on duty but after an hour or so I thought to check my phone... 6 calls from the delivery driver. He stated he showed up but nobody came outside. Then he drove to other end of the property to a guard shack. Nope not there. So he drove back to the restaurant. Who does that... just do not bother coming in the main building to see who ordered the pizza? I said please come inside the casino and I will be there- which is where I was since placing the order. That was at 6:15 pm .. he showed up at 6:43. I was pretty mad that it took him 30 minutes to bring my order- which was now cold. I was not happy at all with this. I mean who really takes their sweet time and then tries to blame me for not coming outside ? Making it great is their slogan... and the pizzas are really good.. what would make it better is having better delivery service. We have ordered there quite a few times and it's always been late in delivery. Consider the total for a medium meat lovers , with delivery fee and tip came to 30 bucks. For 30 bucks, I can get much more from a competitor. And I can say that they would deliver it much faster than almost 2 hours !!! Sorry but this was not acceptable at all. read more

Ordered online from Royal Pizza Leduc; recieved a voicemail saying they needed confirmation. I must have misread something because I made the mistake and assumed I was signing up for delivery, which apparently wasn't the case - they don't do online deliveries, you had to call in. I had this explained to me by a very unpleasant lady who also told me they didn't do delivery under $15. I said it would be fine because my pizza alone was $15.50. She sounded confused (& was very rude) and put me on hold. When she came back, she told me they wouldn't be able to deliver until 12:30. I said that was fine. She sounded more annoyed that I still wanted lunch. Before hanging up, she reiterated that the earlier would be 12:30pm. My order arrived at 12:23, at least the pizza was still hot. So happy to try a new place, and feel like a valid customer! read more

Staying at a hotel near the airport during our out of province move and were starving after all day packing and dealing with the movers. Decided to order Royal Pizza as we had eaten it before at the Millwoods location. Fries were reheated from last week I think and to hard to chew. The royal cheese loaf was a giant mess of uncooked bread and white cheese sauce or something and my son wouldn't eat his burger because he said it tastes gross! I called them back and the soooooo unprofessional girl on the phone told me she could credit me for another cheese loaf!! Ummmm, no thanks...leaving and thankfully won't be back! What a waste of 50 bucks and we still didn't eat dinner! Now its 9 pm and I'm still starving and its during the pandemic so didn't want to order out to begin with. read more

Disappointing experience tonight... fraudulent practices at Royal Pizza Leduc. Royal snuck a 2L pop onto my delivery which I did not order. My kid took the bag of drinks while I was paying, so while we're eating I notice this 2L sitting there. Sure enough: the bill shows $3.95 for an item I did not order. But I unwittingly paid for it! So I call Royal ; the driver comes back and tosses me some change - which does NOT cover the $3.95 plus tax - and takes the 2L with him. So I call Royal back again: they refuse to send the driver back. Refuse to make it right. Totally fine with the fact they've committed fraud. This is not about the money - it's 100% about principle. It's about suspicious business practices ; it's about refusing to fully correct a mistake ; it's about the disregard for a consumer's rights. Fraud on SEVERAL levels at Royal Pizza Leduc. read more

We pick up Royal Pizza at least monthly if not more fora treat. The pizza is the best in town hands down, the staff are pretty nice too. It is pretty pricey for pizza but so, so worth it! Even the crust is delicious! And I'm a known crust tosser! I finish every last bite when it comes to Royal. Great pizza day of and fantastic the next day! I always recommend Royal! read more

Royal Pizza, Still making it Great ! Not just a slogan for the chain but definitely a way of doing business for all locations. I am never let down by the pizza here and the salads and wings are good too. The service at this location is quick, professional and friendly. Pickup is the best because you can watch them make your pie right in front of you, that is a real treat for pizza people. The pizzas are really loaded with toppings and cheese which gives them a bit of a greasy texture, but that is the way it should be. For this reason they usually cut large pies in squares rather than slices. This is pizza you need a napkin to eat !!! Love their sauce and the care taken to create good dough consistency and crust. My favorite pie is the Fred's Special, topped with everything you could want on a pizza and cooked right !! I highly recommend this pizza chain and this location in particular. read more

I have given this place 3 try's ordering ground beef on my pizza. They charge me for it but don't put any on. All other Royal Pizza places south side are great but this one in leduc is cheap and don't give what you ask for. read more
