When I went back to make a complaint to the "owner/manger" he fabricated a scenario that I did the damage and I came in with a broken border. Then he stated I broke it when I left the carwash. Now I have to pay $1,000 to fix my gear shift because of the employees negligence. I would not recommend going to this car wash! If you do, please take videos and pictures of the inside and outside of your vehicle. Also, watch the employees when they are cleaning your vehicle. This way they cannot hide or deny any damages they have done to your vehicle.

We try to come in on weekdays and in the mornings and there is usually a very little wait time. The wash takes a good 45-60 minutes and the car does come out looking clean. As one of our car has no engine, the frunk, trunk, boot and well in the trunk is cleaned well. There was a big spill in one area and the staff did all they could to remove. The staff is courteous. Wish the inside had some coffee for while you wait as your car is being done.
