Our family shot a few games of pool each day just for fun. The stunning, red and white pool table is located near the lobby, across from a white grand piano. We listened to many talented guests sing and play the piano as we played pool. We also met other guests who were return visitors to the hotel. Boscolo exceeded our expectations. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite and oh-my-gosh the view is to die for. Seabass: The skin on this eas perfectly crispy and the quinoa bits were crispy and the pickled onions were sweet and tangy 5: Diorama dessert: I was most looking forward to this but was disappointed by how simple it turned out to be. It was creamy and delicious, but I felt that the pastry chef's other creations were more interesting/unique, but what sold me was they made it specially for Dior Definitely recommend paying a visit if you visit the south of France!

The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet downstairs with plenty of options including pastries and charcuterie. As it was February, the pool was not available but understandable as it is winter. The gym is serviceable, but has limited equipment. The hotel location is away from the hubbub of Nice, which is great if you do not like street noise. But it does mean a drive or tram ride is needed to get to the main attractions in Nice. Still, I rate this as my favorite hotel stay in Nice because of its sea view.

They obviously do not care about the paying customers as they have already taken your money which is extremely expensive. The bar area in the late afternoon and evening is the same, small space which would be fine but again open to the general public. Felt really uncomfortable with it being so packed. I blame the manager for this, he was totally rude and did not care about anything. He was totally uneducated with the surrounding area and with his staff. I asked him what restaurant options we had available as it was a Sunday, his reply was "the fancy restaurant " to which I replied you mean the Michelin Star restaurant. WHAT A CLOWN. We are fortunate enough to have a sports car to which we wanted to drive to St Tropez and asked the manager the best way to find a secure parking spot, his reply " get valet parking from one of the hotels in the area, there is a new hotel in the centre which you could do this but can't remember the name, might be Hotel De Paris" I replied saying that hotel has been there for over 20 years. "VIEW, LOCATION, VIEW" The spot is perfect for the beach view and the angel for the sunset. Also, several of their room styles have a balcony, but I do recommend the privilege room which has 2 doors, longer balcony, and in higher floor. My family loves the views so much and we don't miss the sunset every day we stay. Besides that, their breakfast is worth trying as well with the option of $30 euros per person. Although, you may get a better bundle deal when booking, to me, I prefer not to for more chances to try local restaurants. The only downside is their room is tiny even, the privilege room, but the views beat everything else! Also, they don't have parking lot, but it's easy to call Uber for the ride.

The staff was awesome with meeting all our needs and made several arrangements for local travel, dinner, and rental car. We booked the sea view, but got bumped to a mountain view room, for some reason, but the hotel compensated us with a bottle of champagne and a voucher for food or drinks. Breakfasts were abundant and outstanding.
