The massage tables were the most comfortable I had experienced. I did miss the fun of the sauna, steam room, ice bath, showers, and robes that some other Marriotts provide when you get a spa treatment. She wanted payment in full up front and didn't tell us the credit card charges would be added. They were. She asked me about any areas or pain I wanted worked on and I told her the side of my leg and neck and shoulders. She wants her clients lying face down so she can spend most of our 90 minutes just doing glide-and-slide on the back. I said I don't want any oil just lotion. She used oil. I asked her to work on my neck and occipital ridge when I was face down and she yelled; "That's $10.00 more!" The woman that worked on my husband was good but they both came into the room late and left early shorting us on our 90 minutes. Afterwards she told my husband that there was a required 20% tip! What B.S. It was difficult for me to leave less than 15% for such poor service. We will never go back. If she doesn't understand English well or doesn't like working on Sundays then do a career change because she is NOT good with people or soft skills.
