Sandy was so patient and gentle with the cavalier (who I adopted 4 years ago at the age of 7), that he can now be groomed without needing medication to keep him calm. They had to cancel one time due to an illness but rescheduled me quickly and without any problems. The price is worth it to me and I don't think it's outrageous for what they do. Half Pyrenees and half Anatolian Shepard with odd butt hair. She makes him look like a normal dog instead of a scruffy butted bear.

I called a few days later to check-in and got a quick report that he was doing fine (would have like a bit more of a report to know that she knew which dog I was talking about, but it was still nice).
