The guy, I can't remember his name but he mentioned he was originally from Guatemala (super nice and friendly!), came back the next day and fixed everything we asked in such a timely manner! He fixed a door, the shower head and 5 lights! Poor man didn't realize we had such a big list. He also saw that my partner hadn't changed the air filter for two years and he changed that too.

If feels like a big money making operation - I asked about call out fees and what if they can't fix it and they assured me they would be able to, but then the engineer that came round said he would have told us it was unlikely that they could fix an old tilt and turn window. They threatened debt collection if I didn't pay so I just paid. I'm sure the service can be good if they can actually do the job, but they lured me in with promises they couldn't keep and I won't use them again. Don't trust them at all.
