Their name "Superior" is deceptive. There's nothing "Superior" about their service. 1.) They cannot…read moreremain consistent w/the turn around time you can expect your items back by. 2.) On several occasions they have shrunk my clothes. 3.) Recently they ripped a whole in a sweater I had only worn twice. They did try to fix it, however a horrible patch look was done instead. 4.) I have lost count w/the number of times they have destroyed buttons on my button down shirts. 5.) Whenever you give them flat front pants they continue to place pleats down the middle of your pants or down the side. Why do I continue to come back here you may ask? The answer is simple, they're the only cleaners in town. Sometimes my busy schedule won't allow for me to drive nearly 50 miles one way to a much "Superior" cleaner than the one in Eufaula.
